★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molti parcheggi gratuiti, arrivata in anticipo, mi hanno fatto subito l’accettazione, impiegato gentile e paziente, attesa di 3 minuti per entrare in sala prelievo, prelevatrice rassicurante. Ritiro online. Non vedo l’ora aprano il punto prelievi a Seriate!
 Many free parking spaces, arrived early, I was immediately checked in, a kind and patient employee, waiting for 3 minutes to enter the sampling room, reassuring picker. Online collection. I can't wait for the withdrawal point to open in Seriate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 12/05/2021 a oltre 1 anno dall’inizio della pandemia un organizzazione così carente non lo mai vista. Personale educato, ma poco troppo poco. Mi sono ritrovata dalle 7:30 alle 10:05 per fare un prelievo con accanto gente che doveva fare il tampone e lo hanno detto solo dopo e anche se sono stati invitati ad uscire comunque sono stati gomito a gomito con persone fragili anziane. Vi consiglio di rivedere l’organizzazione perché la prossima volta chiamo le forze dell’ordine.... inaudito!
Today 12/05/2021, more than 1 year after the start of the pandemic, such a lacking organization has never been seen. Polite staff, but little too little. I found myself from 7:30 to 10:05 to take a sample with people who had to swab next to them and they said it only afterwards and even if they were invited to go out, they were still side by side with frail elderly people. I recommend that you review the organization because next time I'll call the police .... unheard of!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata tre volte e ci tornerò, è comodo vicino a casa la struttura è nuova e accogliente. Consiglio di prenotare online, è semplice, basta andare sul sito. Ci si può presentare anche senza prenotazione, ma si deve aspettare e chi ha prenotato ha precedenza, viene chiamato allo sportello.
La signora all'accettazione è molto gentile e disponibile, ma la gente in attesa scalpita, e non capendo la procedura di accesso tra prenotati e non, si innervosisce. Sarebbe meglio se fossero almeno in due per velocizzare le pratiche di accettazione. Purtroppo non hanno un macchinario per l'esecuzione dell'esame anticorpi anti tireoglobulina Abgt. Per il resto tempi e ritiro referti, tutto bene.
