L	Laura Mascetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi dispiace ma per me hanno chiuso. con impegnativa del medico che richiedeva un esame particolare con indicazione della motivazione è stato fatto un esame diverso, chiesto spiegazione mi è stato detto che non essendo specificato nell impegnativa (era specificato nelle motivazioni non poteva essere interpretato diversamente) la tipologia è a discrezione del medico di laboratorio ( me lo hanno scritto x mail). mi ripresento ripago da privato i due esami uno è corretto l altro no. richiamo, ovviamente abbastanza infastidita a parte la maleducazione dell impiegata che mi ha risposto con toni poco consoni mi ha detto che non aveva capito ( peccato che uno degli esami era corretto il secondo no) e che in ogni caso avendo firmato il foglio dovevo accorgermene. Peccato non mi occupi di accettazione esami. ovviamente adesso devo rifarli, con ulteriori costi! No comment per la persona che ha seguito il prelievo, dimenticandosi di farmi la provetta X emocromo. Chiacchierona durante il prelievo, non concentrata e pessima.
