s	stepax28 pax on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spazi della sala d'attesa interna insufficienti e non ventilati, gestione pessima delle code d'attesa all'esterno, assenza di sanificante all'ingresso dalla reception, box prelievi chiusi, minuscoli, senza finestre e ventilazione, una poltrona per gli utenti non sanificata ne coperta con carta monouso, insomma il posto ideale per contrarre il virus Sars covid19 quando vai a fare i tamponi per vedere se lo hai già contratto. Insufficient and unventilated internal waiting room spaces, poor management of waiting queues outside, absence of sanitizer at the entrance from the reception, closed withdrawal boxes, tiny, without windows and ventilation, an armchair for users not sanitized covered with disposable paper, in short, the ideal place to contract the Sars covid19 virus when you go to swab to see if you have already contracted it.

Super consigliato.? Kind and also punctual if you make an appointment. Very clean and I was pleased to note that the chair is disinfected between one patient and another. Super recommended

Non si sentiva niente, era tutto ovattato e non potevo stare troppo vicino all'uscio della porta perché c'erano 3/4 persone accalcate (in teoria dovrebbe esserci la distanza di sicurezza) Ero a 3 metri dalla porta e non ho sentito il numero quindi ho perso il posto ed ero già lì da un'ora. Chi gestiva al momento non mi ha nemmeno dato retta, sono un cliente, mica un fastidio. E non ho di certo fatto apposta a non sentire il numero. Se non avete spazio per tenere tutte quelle persone fate SOLO su prenotazione online. (Come credevo che fosse) Me ne sono andata e andrò in un altro centro più organizzato. Booked online at 7.55am People lined up outside, full inside. You couldn't hear anything, it was all muffled and I couldn't stay too close to the door because there were 3/4 people crowded together (in theory there should be a safe distance) I was 3 meters from the door and didn't hear the number so I lost my seat and was already there for an hour. Who was managing at the time did not even listen to me, I'm a customer, not a nuisance. And I certainly did not do it on purpose not to hear the number. If you don't have room to keep all those people, do it ONLY by booking online (As I thought it was) I left and will go to another more organized center.

Sicuramente un ambiente accogliente e che consiglio! Courtesy and professionalism both at the check-in desk, in particular with Mrs. Roberta whom I have known for years, and at the withdrawal point with Mrs. whose name I don't remember, but who is always very kind and nice. Definitely a welcoming environment and what I recommend!
R	Robi Vigano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che vado al synlab di MERATE oltre la velocità e comodità del servizio la ragione principale è che l'addetta ai prelievi ha una manualità fantastica che , contrariamente ad altri centri anche ospedalieri, non mi ha mai creato problemi nonostante le mie vene siano per così dire ''difficili '' For years I have been going to MERATE synlab beyond the speed and comfort of the service the main reason is that the person in charge of the blood collection has a fantastic manual skill that, unlike other centers, including hospitals, has never created problems for me despite my veins being for so to say `` difficult ''

Convenzionato e invio referto online comodissimo. Mi piacerebbe se venisse offerto ogni tanto un pacchetto check up a prezzi vantaggiosi.. Merate office, quick access to pick-up and service on Saturdays which for those who work during the week is a boon. Affiliated and convenient online report sending. I would like it to be offered every now and then a check-up package at advantageous prices ..
S	Stefany Castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata preso altri centri sempre synlab ma quello di merate è indubbiamente il migliore, la ragazza della reception sempre gentilissima, l’infermiera che mi fa i prelievi super attenta e gentile anche lei, i tempi di consegna dei referti velocissimi, sicuramente il centro è valido ma le persone che vi lavorano fanno la maggior parte del posto un posto in cui tornare volentieri
