Infermiere al di là dell'umano, pazienti, gentili, professionali ma soprattutto positive e che ci sanno fare con i pazienti. Raramente mi sono trovato così bene. Struttura superefficiente e pulitissima. Mi accodo alle altre recensioni positive e mi auguro che chi di dovere legga la mia recensione e ne tenga conto. Per quanto mi riguarda la migliore struttura sanitaria in tutta Bergamo The best staff I have ever found are at the collection laboratory. Nurses beyond the human, patient, kind, professional but above all positive and able to do with patients. I have rarely found myself so well. Super-efficient and very clean structure. I follow the other positive reviews and I hope that those who have to read my review and take it into account. As for me, the best health facility in all of Bergamo

Ma l'infermiera che mi ha fatto il prelievo è stata FANTASTICA. Sorridente, gentile e mi ha dato una sensazione di serenità (io che sono spesso molto impaurita da un semplice prelievo). Donna veramente stupenda. The secretary present at the counter was very sulky and even looked annoyed. Surely you don't work like that when you are in contact with people. But the nurse who took me was GREAT. Smiling, kind and gave me a feeling of serenity (I am often very afraid of a simple withdrawal). Truly beautiful woman.

Consiglio vivamente. I don't live very close to this analysis laboratory but having felt comfortable from the first opportunity, I always prefer it over the other numerous centers in the area. I highly recommend.

s	sergio bertocchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi limito ai fatti: ieri con il contenitore delle urine da analizzare arrivo fuori da via maffei alle 9.15e trovo davanti a me una fila di 10 persone che attendono di effettuare il prelievo....un signore con giubbotto rosso mi dice che mi conviene ripassare dopo un ora perche la fila e unica Ripasso alle 10.15 ed entro in un appartamentino(la sede della Delta) dove devo aspettare circa 40 minuti perche esiste solo UNO sportello che si occupa di tutto( prelievi,tamponi'ricevimento di campioni ecc....) Finalmente quasi alle 11.00 consegno il mio contenitore e dopo 5 minuti,il tempo di registrare le mie generalita posso uscire da un posto in cui non entrero piu.....Incrocio le dita perche durante la mia permanenza(LUNGA......)nell appartamentino si e presentata una signora richiedente il tampone molecolare....... I will limit myself to the facts: yesterday with the container of urine to be analyzed I arrive outside from via maffei at 9.15am and I find in front of me a line of 10 people waiting to make the withdrawal .... a man in a red jacket tells me that I should come back after an hour because the line is the only one Review at 10.15 and enter a small apartment (the headquarters of Delta) where I have to wait about 40 minutes because there is only ONE counter which takes care of everything (sampling, swabs, receipt of samples, etc.) Finally almost at 11.00 I deliver my container and after 5 minutes, the time to register my generalities I can leave a place in which I will no longer enter ..... I cross my fingers because during my stay (LONG ......) in the apartment a lady who requested the molecular swab showed up .......

Tuttavia, il fatto che il pap test venga proposto senza bisogno di alcuna prenotazione ha comportato, nel mio caso specifico, una perdita di tempo. Pensando di poter usufruire del servizio diciamo, nell'immediato, mi sono organizzata la giornata per farlo in mattinata. Purtroppo, solo una volta recata sul posto (il che è inevitabile vista l'assenza di prenotazione) sono venuta a conoscenza della mancanza in quel giorno della ginecologa. Comprendo i difficili tempi che attraversiamo, ma mi sarei aspettata, per lo meno, la presenza di una sostituta o la possibilità di farlo con un piccolo ritardo! Risultato: pap test non fatto in quella giornata, perdita di un paio d'ore e impossibilità di farlo a breve per evidenti ragioni fisiologiche, nonostante avessi bisogno del risultato in considerazione della precedente fissazione di una visita. Mi sono dovuta, quindi, organizzare diversamente. Ad ogni modo consiglio, a chi avesse urgenza, di programmarsi un "piano B", di individuare già un possibile altro laboratorio dove poter effettuare l'esame. Definitely an excellent logistic position. However, the fact that the pap test is offered without the need for any reservation has led, in my specific case, to a waste of time. Thinking of being able to use the service, let's say, immediately, I organized the day to do it in the morning. Unfortunately, only once I went to the place (which is inevitable given the absence of a reservation) I became aware of the absence of the gynecologist on that day. I understand the difficult times we are going through, but I would have expected, at the very least, the presence of a replacement or the possibility of doing it with a small delay! Result: Pap test not done that day, loss of a couple of hours and impossibility to do it shortly for obvious physiological reasons, although I needed the result in consideration of the previous appointment of a visit. I therefore had to organize myself differently. In any case, I advise anyone in urgency to plan a "plan B", to identify a possible other laboratory where they can carry out the exam.
