F	Francesco Lo Giudice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile, paziente e disponibile, peccato per i tempi d'attesa e ogni tanto la folla (ma i tempi sono questi, casomai uno si porta per esempio da leggere mentre attende dentro o fuori). Per me è cinque stelle. Kind, patient and helpful staff, shame about the waiting times and the crowds every now and then (but these are the times, in case one takes for example to read while waiting inside or outside). For me it is five stars.

Non serve appuntamento, ma consiglio di andare in settimana (al sabato c'è molta coda) e presentarsi alle h. 7.00 circa sotto i gazebi. A volte i prelievi vengono anticipati anche alle 7.15 (invece che alle 7.30), ma dipende. I referti son disponibili spesso e volentieri dopo 2 giorni direttamente sul loro portale, accessibile con credenziali che rilasciano loro. Bravissime complimenti per il servizio. Nice, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. You don't need an appointment, but I recommend going during the week (on Saturday there is a lot of queue) and show up at h. Around 7.00 under the gazebos. Sometimes withdrawals are even anticipated at 7.15 (instead of 7.30), but it depends. The reports are available often and gladly after 2 days directly on their portal, accessible with credentials they issue them. Very good compliments for the service.

Accesso contingentato per cui attesa di un'ora col bigliettino in mano fuori al freddo, con la pioggia e in piedi. Che già è una situazione spiacevole di suo se poi sei anche a digiuno per via degli esami che devi fare è ancora peggio... Frettolosi, distaccati e senza troppa cura delle necessità del paziente. La prossima volta spenderò meglio i miei soldi altrove. Deluso. L'unica nota positiva: gli esiti sono arrivati velocemente. First (and I think it's also the last) time to have blood tests.
