Alla richiesta di informazioni ho ricevuto la risposta: " era programmata una manutenzione dei server". Per il ritiro del referto possibile dalla giornata di oggi 18-01 alle 14e30 , entrando online non risulta il referto dicendo che non è disponibile, dalle 14e 35 che provo a chiamare il centro ma ovviamente non risponde nessuno, ho inviato la mail nessuna risposta, ho inviato il messaggio che non gli arriva neanche, insomma mai più, mi auguro di avere gli esami entro domani e che siano Stati fatti correttamente. Hanno risolto il problema subito e disponibili, ho apprezzato tanto . Ho fatto diversi esami da loro e mi sono trovata sempre bene. Non ho dato 5 stelle perchè l'unica pecca è che la mattina non rispondono quasi mai al telefono. The girls at the counter were really understanding for my booking error. They fixed the problem right away and were available, I really appreciated. I have done several exams with them and I have always found myself well. I have not given 5 stars because the only flaw is that in the morning they almost never answer the phone.

Sistema di prenotazione online molto efficiente e l'attesa non è mai stata lunga. C	Chiara Lorenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho portato il mio bambino di soli 2 anni per fare gli esami del sangue (ora che aspettavo l'ospedale....): nonostante in sede di prenotazione mi abbiano avvisato che loro non sono attrezzati per i prelievi pediatrici sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili a "provare"....e ci sono riusciti!!! Posso dare solo 5 stelle ma gliene darei 10 perché sono stati tutti fantastici...a partire dal dottore che ha effettuato il prelievo alla signora dell'accettazione!!! Grazie davvero!!!! Ci fossero più posti e persone così!!!! Straconsigliato!!!
