Locali spaziosi, puliti e ben curati; l'aula è attrezzata di tutto quello che può servire, i proprietari sono molto disponibili. Ho fatto il corso professionale di pasticceria e cake design con ottimi docenti. Esperienza molto appagante, farò sicuramente altri corsi da loro.

 5 stars for the Sweetest, great professionalism and attention to every aspect. Spacious, clean and well-kept rooms; the classroom is equipped with everything that can be used, the owners are very helpful. I took the professional pastry and cake design course with excellent teachers. Very fulfilling experience, I will definitely take other courses from them.

Ogni volta è una nuova e bellissima esperienza. Consiglio a tutti questa accademia, sia per chi come me ha iniziato per passione, sia per i professionisti che vogliono migliorare le proprie tecniche
I attended many courses in this school, starting with the evening ones for passion. I then went on to attend professional specialization courses with great chefs. Each time is a new and beautiful experience. I recommend this academy to everyone, both for those like me who started out for passion, and for professionals who want to improve their techniques

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima esperienza alla masterclass sulla Pasticceria Americana. Una scuola di altissimo livello in un territorio dove molti cercano altrove degli spiragli sia di formazione che di impiego. E' stata una piacevole rivelazione e sicuramente tornerò presto per altri corsi!

Wonderful experience at the American Pastry Masterclass. A very high-level school in an area where many are looking elsewhere for opportunities for both training and employment. It was a pleasant revelation and I will definitely be back for more courses soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato il corso serale di pasticceria di questa scuola di cucina amatoriale (ma qui si svolgono anche corsi professionali), che si trova al primo piano nel Village di Città Sant'Angelo, e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo.
Non mi aspettavo un simile livello! Ho una passione e una predilezione per tutto ciò che riguarda i dolci fin da quando ero piccola, finalmente ho scoperto una scuola dove poter approfondire questa mia passione, divertendomi e imparando tantissime tecniche nuove che non conoscevo!
Non si finisce mai di imparare!
Il maestro è stato eccezionale, ci siamo divertiti e ho conosciuto un ambiente sano, sereno, amichevole, non vedo l'ora di tornare a ottobre per gli approfondimenti del corso.
Continuate cosi, Sweetest! ;-)
I attended the evening pastry course of this amateur cooking school (but professional courses are also held here), which is located on the first floor in the Village of Città Sant'Angelo, and I must say that I had a great time.
I did not expect such a level! I have a passion and a predilection for everything related to sweets since I was little, I finally discovered a school where I can deepen my passion, having fun and learning many new techniques that I did not know!
You never stop learning!
The teacher was exceptional, we had fun and I met a healthy, serene, friendly environment, I can't wait to go back in October for the further details of the course.
Keep it up, Sweetest! ;-)

Il docente Claudio Ialonardi è stato davvero divertente, disponibile ma altrettanto professionale nel guidarci e mostrarci nozioni, tecniche e segreti del mestiere. Un infinito grazie a lui ma anche a Simona e Lorenzo per l'organizzazione. Spero sia solo il primo di tanti altri corsi da fare con voi❤️

La scuola è attrezzatissima, postazioni ben organizzate, ordine, pulizia, puntualità, ma soprattutto formazione ottima. Tutti i docenti sono delle eccellenze della pasticceria in grado di trasmettere le loro conoscenze con passione e dedizione. Per non parlare dei proprietari, Simona e Lorenzo, persone accoglienti e attentissime ai dettagli.
Non vedo l'ora di partecipare ad altri corsi!
I have participated in several Sweetest courses, first of all the professional one of Pastry and Cake Design, I am super satisfied! The school is well equipped, well organized workstations, order, cleanliness, punctuality, but above all excellent training. All the teachers are pastry excellences able to pass on their knowledge with passion and dedication. Not to mention the owners, Simona and Lorenzo, welcoming people and very attentive to details.
I can't wait to participate in other courses!

Ho frequentato recentemente il master sui grandi lievitati ed è stato interessantissimo ed utilissimo, sono stati 3 giorni intensi di alta formazione, tornerò per altri corsi.
Consiglio questa accademia a tutti coloro desiderano aggiornarsi e rimanere al passo con i tempi, sia in pasticceria che in altri ambiti della cucina.
Excellent school, teachers really prepared for a teaching of the highest level. Clean, spacious, super-equipped with the best professional equipment. You work in harmony, as soon as you enter you are greeted with courtesy and professionalism, but above all, you can see that he works there so much passion. Well done!
I recently attended the master on large leavened products and it was very interesting and very useful, it was 3 intense days of advanced training, I will return for other courses.
I recommend this academy to all those who want to update themselves and keep up with the times, both in pastry and in other areas of the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended the school in December 2016. I completed the cake design course. It was amazing. I learnt so much and everyone was so warm and welcoming. I only speak very little Italian however Simona was very helpful and I didn't feel I was left behind at all. I have since opened a pasticceria in Scotland and I use so many recipes and techniques that I learnt from the sweetest school. I cannot reccomend this school enough. Professional, fun and very informative. Worth every single penny!!!
