Lo chef Carraffa molto bravo e chiaro nelle spiegazioni dei piatti proposti tutti eseguibili a casa senza attrezzi e cucine professionali. And to think that the cavatelli with chickpeas, cod and pepper was the dish I was aiming for the least and instead it was my favorite ... super evening, super cooking school, super dishes and super chef ??
