★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il costo dei corsi è molto elevato per quello che viene offerto,
la stessa tipologia di corsi viene svolta nella medesima zona ad un costo molto inferiore o addirittura ci sono corsi gratuiti organizzati da altri enti formativi utilizzando fondi EUROPEI.
Nell’accademia Chefs NON VIENE RILASCIATO NESSUN DIPLOMA ma un attestato di qualifica (le 2 cose sono molto diverse)
La struttura è attrezzato ma lascia molto a desiderare nell’igiene ambientale.
Inoltre la maggior parte dei docenti (se così li vogliamo chiamare) secondo me, nel campo lavorativo inesperti e incompetenti,
qualcuno addirittura non ha mai lavorato in un ristorante al massimo qualche stagione come lavapiatti, inserviente o addetto alle friggitrici.
Propongono le stesse ricette di YouTube,
il capo li tiene perché costano poco rispetto a chef qualificati.
Invece i maestri esperti tanto pubblicizzati fanno solo da comparsa per attirare ?e sono presenti solo per pochissime ore.
Lo stage... anche esso una perdita di tempo... promettono di mandarti in locali prestigiosi ed invece ti mandano in locali comuni dove ti adoperano per fare le pulizie e lavare le pentole sporche.
 The cost of the courses is very high for what is offered,
the same type of courses are held in the same area at a much lower cost or there are even free courses organized by other training bodies using EUROPEAN funds.
NO DIPLOMA IS AWARDED at the Chefs academy but a certificate of qualification (the 2 things are very different)
The facility is equipped but leaves much to be desired in environmental hygiene.
Furthermore, most of the teachers (if we want to call them that) in my opinion, inexperienced and incompetent in the field of work,
someone has never even worked in a restaurant at most a few seasons as a dishwasher, janitor or fryer.
They offer the same recipes as YouTube,
the boss keeps them because they are cheap compared to skilled chefs.
On the other hand, the much publicized expert masters only appear to attract ? and are only present for a few hours.
The internship ... also a waste of time ... they promise to send you to prestigious places and instead they send you to common rooms where they use you to do the cleaning and wash the dirty pots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho partecipato al corso barman di maggio e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso, dall'insegnante Marco sempre pieno di entusiasmo all'organizzazione dello staff che hanno reso tutto al top, dalle spiegazioni con slide sempre interessanti alla cura nei dettagli della postazione bar dove si svolgono le prove 10/10
I attended the barman course in May and was pleasantly surprised, from the teacher Marco always full of enthusiasm to the organization of the staff who made everything at the top, from the explanations with always interesting slides to the attention to detail of the bar station where the tests 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da non professionista del settore, ho vissuto a pieno l'esperienza riuscendo a raggiungere l'obbiettivo che mi ero posto. Nelle lezioni c'è molta professionalità un programma completo, materiale, strumenti e competenza, ma anche quella dose di coinvolgimento e spensieratezza che ha creato un ambiente e esperienza da consigliare. Complimenti all'Accademia e al nostro Chef Michele.
As a non-professional in the sector, I lived the experience to the full and managed to reach the goal I set myself. In the lessons there is a lot of professionalism, a complete program, material, tools and competence, but also that dose of involvement and lightheartedness that has created an environment and experience to recommend. Congratulations to the Academy and to our Chef Michele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ottima scuola per chi ha voglia di studiare e imparare (ho frequentato i corsi di aiuto cuoco, cuoco e ultima esperienza di Gourmet, più che altro come una master class con una presenza di chef anche stellati e molto preparati che sano trasmettere l'emozione). Personale disponibile e preparato.. Attrezzatura a disposizione.. Ambiente di lavoro sicuro..La consiglio a tutti coloro che come me ad un età nn scolastica hanno ancora voglia di studiare.. GRAZIE
