Marco è tornato al negozio per consegnarmi la moto nonostante fosse impegnato con la famiglia. Direi che non c'è bisogno di aggiungere altro se non un gigantesco GRAZIE. I bought a new bike managing everything from the comfort of home, I arrived late on the day of delivery and Mr. Marco returned to the shop to deliver the bike to me despite being busy with the family. Personale molto competente, disponibile e preparati! Mi hanno ritirato altre 2 moto al loro valore di ritiro senza esitare. Non posso che consigliare Supermoto1 !!! Il mio errore è stato quello di essere onesto e aver pagato prima di provare la moto.( il “meccanico” abitando in zona si è offerto di portare la moto al mio domicilio) Posso documentare tutto, mi sono rivolto anche ad Altroconsumo, nulla di fatto perché per avere ragione dovevo avere una perizia da parte di un ente certificato. Gentile - è venuto a ritirare il mio Tmax a casa x evitare eventuali ulteriori possibili danni (ritiro proposto da Lui e per il quale non mi è stato addebitato nessun costo). Professionale - Dopo qualche controllo per escludere altre cause, ha scoperto che si trattava semplicemente della batteria. Ha riscontrato un lieve difetto senza appiopparmi una ulteriore spesa, ma consigliandomi semplicemente di tenerlo sotto controllo e valutarlo in futuro. Onesto - mi ha fatto pagare quanto avrei speso ad acquistare la batteria da un rivenditore! Mi sono trovato benissimo con tutti. Il venditore (Federico) è stata una persona molto professionale, onesta e super disponibile (senza chiederlo, di sua spontanea volontà, a costo ZERO, mi ha consegnato la moto al mio domicilio ed ha ritirato il mio vecchio mezzo per rottamarlo). Il tutto tra l'altro in tempi super celeri (lunedì 4/01 ho acquistato il veicolo ed in meno di una settimana, con l'epifania di mezzo, la moto era già stata immatricolata e pronta al ritiro).L'assistenza al cliente da parte di Aurora è stata consona con il servizio che offrono. Anche lei molto gentile. Davvero consigliato. Ci vediamo al primo tagliando:) (e per ritirare lo specchietto ahah) Grazie!!!!!!! After two long days of looking for the bike in the color I wanted (which seemed impossible to find) they, thank goodness, had it at home and I must say that never like this time I feel I can and have to recommend such a place! I had a great time with everyone. The seller (Federico) was a very professional, honest and super helpful person (without asking, of his own free will, at ZERO cost, he delivered the bike to my home and collected my old vehicle to scrap it). All this, among other things, in super fast times (Monday 4/01 I bought the vehicle and in less than a week, with the epiphany in the middle, the bike had already been registered and ready for collection). from Aurora was in keeping with the service they offer. She is also very kind. Really recommended. See you at the first service :) (and to withdraw the mirror haha) Thanks!!!!!!!
