Economicamente mi hanno trattato molto bene valutando bene la mia peruta e facendomi fare un'ottimo affare sulla moto nuova che ho acquistato, mi sono venuti incontro con gli orari aprendo la concessionaria in un giorno di chiusura apposta per me e consegnato il mezzo a csa mia (a 40km dalla loro sede) dunque direi che le 5 stelle sono più che meritate!
 Excellent shopping experience! I found qualified and passionate people about what they do. Economically they treated me very well considering my valuation and making me do an excellent deal on the new bike I bought, they came to me with the opening times by opening the dealership on a closing day just for me and delivered the vehicle to CSA Mia (40km from their headquarters) so I would say that the 5 stars are more than you deserve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono delusa dall'incompetenza di un'officina che quando deve fare un tagliando completo ad una moto che supera i 200km/h non controlla neanche i freni. aria nei tubi il giorno stesso del ritiro. A mai più rivederci

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tagliando eseguito frettolosamente senza controllare/ingrassare la catena (anche se previsto) e spurgare freni (arrivavano a finecorsa con il circuito a temperatura ambiente. felice che la garanzia sia finita per non essere più vostro cliente.
ps. un mancato spurgo dei freni può portare alla morte del conducente che il primo giorno che la ritira va in montagna e si fa una staccata in discesa pensando che la moto sia stata trattata bene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da una veloce occhiata al tagliando eseguito alla moto di mio fratello che uso anche io, ho notato che anche se non si trattava di un annuale normale e neanche di un cambio olio standard (ma di un tagliandone) alla moto è stato cambiato olio e filtro, stop. Moto riconsegnata nelle stesse condizioni in cui è arrivata, freni da spurgare, catena da tendere (da quanto è stata guardata non è neppure stata ingrassata, e chi lavora in officina sa che anche se non si ha voglia di fare il lavoro almeno si "copre" facendo vedere che il lavoro è stato fatto appunto dando un'ingrassata). penso seguirà raccomandata perchè non è possibile che non si guardino i freni ad una moto in grado di arrivare ai 230km/h. vergognatevi
