Acquistato una bici elettrica, un Olympia 2000,00€ . Fin dall' inizio mai funzionata bene, motore difettato. A soli 15 giorni dall' acquisto riportata in negozio e poi tante altre volte 5/6 ma niente... la bici continuava come sempre a funzionare male. COSTRETTI dopo tanta esasperazione, con la bici ancora in GARANZIA , cercare assistenza da un altro rivenditore ( rivenditore SIG.Massimo che non finiremo mai di ringraziare) che si è fatto carico e ha risolto di ciò che il sig.bertoldo si è LAVATO LE MANI. IL sig.bertoldo fino al giorno dell' acquisto gentile, cordiale, dopo : infastidito freddo non predisposto all' ascolto e a riparare seriamente. Ora la bici con il nuovo motore funziona perfettamente come mai prima. sig.bertoldo si poteva e si doveva fare. Never worked well from the start, engine defective. Just 15 days from the purchase reported in the shop and then many other times 5/6 but nothing ... the bike continued to work badly as always. Forced after so much exasperation, with the bike still under WARRANTY, to seek assistance from another dealer (dealer MR.Massimo that we will never stop thanking) who took charge and solved what Mr. Albertoldo WASHED HIS HANDS . The sig.bertoldo until the day of the purchase polite, cordial, after: annoyed cold not predisposed to listening and to seriously repair. Now the bike with the new motor works perfectly like never before. sig.bertoldo could and should have been done.
D	Dany Star on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metterei meno di una stella a questo posto, che mi ha fatto perdere tempo e causato mal di fegato. Non ho mai ricevuto un servizio più scarso di questo. Mi hanno illuso per settimane che la bici che avevo ordinato mi sarebbe arrivata ma non arrivava mai. Tra l'altro senza mai telefonarmi o dirmi un "mi dispiace" o " scusa"...Poi quando ho minacciato di andare a riprendermi la caparra, miracolosamente una bici è spuntata fuori ma non del colore che volevo. La signora che è lì poi, quando le ho chiesto un prezzo di un'altra bici mi ha risposto sbuffando. Penso che non metterò più piede in quel posto. Peggio per loro. I would put less than one star on this place, which wasted my time and caused liver pain. I have never received poorer service than this. I have been delusional for weeks that the bike I ordered would arrive but never arrive. Among other things, without ever calling me or saying "I'm sorry" or "sorry" ... Then when I threatened to go and get my deposit back, miraculously a bike came out but not the color I wanted. The lady who is there then, when I asked her a price for another bike, she replied snorting. I think I will never set foot in that place again. Too bad for them.

Competenza, professionalità, cortesia disponibilità e rapidità tecnica nel risolvere un problema meccanico, ne fanno un punto di riferimento in questo settore. Particolarmente soddisfatto per l'assistenza ricevuta prima e dopo l'acquisto, il giudizio complessivo è più che meritato. I just bought two Olympia e-bikes. Competence, professionalism, courtesy, availability and technical speed in solving a mechanical problem make it a point of reference in this sector. Particularly satisfied with the assistance received before and after the purchase, the overall judgment is more than deserved.

Conosco diverse persone che nel frattempo hanno ordinato delle automobili che ormai guidano già da tempo! Incredibile!! Ordered a normal bike in early November 2020, today after more than 10 months it has not yet arrived! A livello di prodotto lo trovo molto affidabile, sia dal punto di vista dell'autonomia che delle prestazioni. E' il mezzo di trasporto perfetto per muoversi in città e dintorni. I bought a Niu Scooter about two weeks ago and today I am fine with it. In terms of service, delivery times and assistance were excellent. Il titolare mi ha seguito passo passo per l' iter burocratico e per la spiegazione dettagliata dei comandi e delle funzioni così bene che poi non ho nemmeno avuto bisogno di leggere il manuale. Un piccolo ritardo per la consegna degli accessori che avevo ordinato ed il colore del casco sbagliato sono stati gli unici due piccoli intoppi che sono stati risolti in brevissimo tempo. Peccato non poter mettere 10 stelle. Consigliatissimo! I bought a NIU GTS SPORT electric scooter taking advantage of the eco-incentives and I must say that it is a fabulous scooter, very quiet, snappy, super-technological. The owner followed me step by step through the bureaucratic process and the detailed explanation of the commands and functions so well that I didn't even need to read the manual. A small delay for the delivery of the accessories I had ordered and the wrong helmet color were the only two small hitches that were solved in a very short time. Too bad we can't put 10 stars. Highly recommended!

Nonostante le poche disponibilità economiche a mia disposizione il titolare è stato molto disponibile a venirmi incontro col prezzo proponendomi diversi tipi di bici. L'attesa purtroppo è d'obbligo, dato il periodo che stiamo vivendo, si aspetta fuori in caso di tanto persone per almeno 15-20 minuti. Non ho potuto toccare con mano il settore delle riparazione, ma a quanto dicono i miei amici sono puntuali, efficienti, offrendo un servizio ne troppo caro, ne troppo economico. Consigliatissimo per persone in cerca di Mountain Bike di ottima fattura, City Bike e Scooter I went to the shop with doubts about hospitality and prices, given the latest reviews, but I must admit that I am totally against it. In questa situazione Bertoldo si è sempre dimostrato disponibile e pronto e, non arrendendosi mai, alla fine ha risolto. Io Bertoldo lo conoscevo dal 2008 quando avevo comperato da lui un Leonardo e anche in quel caso ho trovato assistenza e competenza. Purtroppo i mezzi si rompono di continuo, non dipende dal commerciante, e la sua officina fa la differenza perchè sa riparare e sa consigliarti al meglio. Io penso che quando comperiamo qualcosa non dobbiamo solo guardare al prezzo finale, qui Bertoldo ovviamente è perdente rispetto ad un big dell' e-commerce, ma anche al dopo. Possiamo risparmiare ma poi non hai un post vendita o ti vendono una bici perchè vuoi una bici senza consigliarti che magari quella è più adatta a te dell'altra. Chi va da Bertoldo trova tutto questo, da tanti anni sempre con la stessa professionalità.
