A 45.000 km di rompe il cambio. me lo riparano con una spesa di 1500 euro dove mi vengono incontro e mi fanno pagare 800 euro. A 52.000 km e solo una settimana dopo che il loro capo meccanico mi aveva fatto una aggiunta di olio e verificato che il cambio non facesse strani rumori si rompe ancora. Alle mie rimostranze LA TITOLARE ROSELLA dice di fargli causa che ne parliamo tra dieci anni e che i pezzi sono garantiti sei mesi (esntrambi ritenevano cvhe la riparazione fosse stata fatta un anno e mezzo prima) Scrivo in suzuky e mi fanno notare che erano passati due anni e mezzo, che i pezzi sono garantiti due anni pertanto giustamente fuori garanzia (non importa se la pandemia ha rallentatao tutto, se non ci fosse stata avrei fatto ben piu' km e non ci sarebbero voluti 2.5 anni) e che la riparazione era stata fatta in economia (la riparazione del cambio fatta a regola d'arte dicono sarebbe costata 3000 euro ma a me quella hanno proposto e quella ho fatto) e comunque mi invitano a mettermi d'accordo con la concessionaria. LA TITOLARE in prima battuta mi offre 500 euro per l'esportazione, dopo tre settimane me ne offre 1100. L'ho venduto ad un privato allo stesso prezzo. Chiedo ALLA TITOLARE visto quanto occorso, per tre o quattro volte di farmi un preventivo con un buon prezzo per una nuova v7 della Guzzi ma nonostante le ripetute promesse il preventivo su una moto che si vende da sola non è mai arrivato never again I try to make it short.
