★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo pessima esperienza, prima di acquistare la vespa elettrica si era chiesto come funzionava per la consegna ed eventuali assistenze visto che abito abbastanza distante, a parole massima disponibilità, veniamo noi consegnamo noi per i tagliandi ci organizziamo per il ritiro e la consegna, con i fatti tutt'altro, se avete problemi arrangiatevi, anche se non ve lo dicono direttamente. Dopo 15 gg dall'acquisto il manubrio si era allentato, contattata l'assistenza Piaggio la vespa è stata portata immediatamente in officina dove l'ho acquistata, una volta pronta la risposta è stata vienitela a prendere, come se fossero cambiati i problemi esposti all'acquisto (per poterla ritirare dovevo chiamare un padroncino con furgone che mi chiedeva € 200.00 spesa non male per una vespa nuova) oppure aspetti e quando avremo tempo (non si sa quando visto che non davano date certe) te la porteremo a metà strada. Ho imparato a mie spese che certe cose vanno acquistate sotto casa e sopratutto di non fidarsi mai di nessuno sopratutto su chi vende.

I learned the hard way that certain things must be bought in the house and above all to never trust anyone, especially those who sell.
