★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jörg von SunCharter war einfach super! Hoch professionell! Sehr emphatisch, Service orientiert und unglaublich hilfsbereit! Ein Stützpunkt-Chef an den man sich immer wieder gerne erinnert! Das Boot ein Traum. Aber Jörg und seine Unterstützung/Tipps haben unseren Törn zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht??. SunCharter at it‘s Best!
 Jörg from SunCharter was just great! Highly professional! Very emphatic, service-oriented and incredibly helpful! A base boss who is always fondly remembered! The boat is a dream. But Jörg and his support / tips made our trip an unforgettable experience??. SunCharter at it's best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten leider ein Segelschiff von 2007, dementsprechend schon ziemlich abgewohnt und viele Kleinigkeiten haben nicht mehr funktioniert. Alles in allem war der Service okay, hatten aber auch noch Boote eines anderen Charters vor Ort... Man muss leider sagen dort hat alles deutlich besser und unkomplizierter funktioniert. Daher würde ich nächstes Mal auf einen anderen charterer ausweichen. Aber im großen und ganzen alles okay.
We unfortunately had a sailing ship from 2007, accordingly quite worn and many little things did not work anymore. All in all, the service was okay, but also had boats from another charter on site ... You have to say unfortunately everything was much better and easier. Therefore, next time I would switch to another charterer. But on the whole everything is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione, consiglio di cercare altrove. Ore e ore per il check in e altrettanto per il check out. Diretto da un incompetente tedesco borioso e supponente. Invece di una settimana ti obbligano a fare 5 giorni di vacanza. Cercate alternative ma non questa !!!!
Bad organization, I recommend looking elsewhere. Hours and hours for check in and the same for check out. Directed by an incompetent, arrogant and opinionated German. Instead of a week they force you to take 5 days of vacation. Look for alternatives but not this one !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei veri truffatori!! Fate molta attenzione durante il check in perché al rientro vi addebiteranno danni di ogni sorta con le scuse più assurde. Sono molto disorganizzati sia per il check in che per il check out, vi fanno perdere giornate intere. Infine il base manager è una persona insopportabile, arrogante e soprattutto secondo lui la colpa è sempre dei clienti. Ho fatto il base manager di una società di charter per vari anni e mai mi sarei sognato di trattare i miei clienti come fa Jorge. In più se provate a chiamare o scrivere alla compagnia se rispondono lo fanno in modo approssimativo e sempre con lo spirito: " Ti sto facendo un piacere...." Signori ma quale piacere vi sto pagando profumatamente!!! Esperienza pessima in più se si aggiunge che la base è all'Elba ed è scomodissima da raggiungere, dovrebbero avere una cura maggiore del cliente
Real scammers !! Be very careful during check in because on your return they will charge you for damages of all kinds with the most absurd excuses. They are very disorganized for both check in and check out, they make you waste whole days. I have been the base manager of a charter company for several years and I never dreamed of treating my clients like Jorge does. In addition, if you try to call or write to the company if they answer they do it in an approximate way and always with the spirit: "I'm doing you a favor ...." Gentlemen but what pleasure I'm paying you handsomely !!! Bad experience plus if you add that the base is on Elba and it is very uncomfortable to reach, they should have more customer care

excellent base. great team around jörg wagner. Competence, calmness, cleanliness, technical security, empathy beyond that. From the parking space for the bicycles, exciting restaurant tips, weather information, tour suggestions ... all-round confidence-building, professional, absolutely TOP!

Il base manager Jeorge fa attendere ore ed ore per il check-in e il checkout, costringendoti a perdere giorni di vacanza. Ha preteso il pagamento in contanti per l'uso della biancheria dichiarando che era scritto sul contratto (cosa non vera). Non ha fornito alcuna ricevuta dei contanti, obbligandomi a fotografare un foglio di carta privo di alcun valore (vedi foto). Forniscono lenzuola singole per letti matrimoniali! Lavorano in Italia e forniscono istruzioni in tedesco! Non hanno idea di cosa sia la customer experience! Unica salvezza il personale italiano che con garbo prova a porre rimedio alla loro maleducazione e approssimazione!

Worst organization ever!
Base manager Jeorge makes you wait hours and hours for check-in and checkout, forcing you to lose days of vacation. He demanded cash payment for the use of the linen stating that it was written on the contract (which is not true). He did not provide any cash receipts, forcing me to photograph a worthless sheet of paper (see photo). They provide single sheets for double beds! They work in Italy and provide instructions in German! They have no idea what the customer experience is! The only salvation is the Italian staff who gracefully try to remedy their rudeness and approximation!
To be banned!
