Il primo giorno il motore aveva il minimo troppo basso e, a freddo, non è più ripartito (non aveva il comando dell'acceleratore separato). Il secondo giorno (altro gommone), dopo 1 ora di navigazione, una volta spento, la batteria era completamente scarica e il motore non è più ripartito. Una volta un problema ci può stare, due no. Prezzi sopra la concorrenza. Unica nota positiva l'assistenza in mare.
 Unfortunately, my experience with the rental was decidedly negative. On the first day the engine was idling too low and, when cold, it was no longer restarted (it did not have a separate accelerator control). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Che poi di "esperienza" non si può nemmeno parlare, perché non abbiamo potuto prendere il gommone che avevamo prenotato. Da Portoferraio, telefoniamo a questo noleggio che su Google risulta essere a Marciana Marina... Dove aver concordato il giorno del noleggio (una settimana più tardi), scopriamo che il rent è a Sant'Andrea..... Cioè il posto più lontano dell'isola rispetto a Portoferraio. Sveglia all'alba, una volta arrivati il noleggio ci dice che si è sbagliato e che il gommone era disponibile solo al pomeriggio e che nel frattempo ci poteva dare un ombrellone sul cemento. Il giorno prima del noleggio, abbiamo provato a telefonare mille volte per assicurarci che fosse tutto a posto (visto che non hanno nemmeno richiesto una caparra) ma non ha mai risposto nessuno. Il noleggio poi è molto strano perche su Google la sede a Marciana Marina, e ha lo stesso numero del rent di procchio... .... A Sant'Andrea il noleggio ha un nome diverso e anche un numero di telefono diverso.. Booooo! Sembra un'associazione a delinquere..
BAD EXPERIENCE. We can't even talk about "experience", because we couldn't take the boat we had booked. From Portoferraio, we call this rental which on Google appears to be in Marciana Marina ... Where we have agreed on the day of the rental (one week later), we discover that the rent is in Sant'Andrea ..... That is the most far from the island from Portoferraio. Wake up at dawn, once the rental arrives, he tells us that he was wrong and that the boat was only available in the afternoon and that in the meantime he could give us an umbrella on the concrete. The day before the rental, we tried to call a thousand times to make sure everything was fine (as they didn't even ask for a deposit) but no one ever answered. The rental is very strange because on Google it is located in Marciana Marina, and has the same number as the procchio rent ... .... In Sant'Andrea the rental has a different name and also a different telephone number .. Booooo! It looks like a criminal association ..
