Personale cordiale e simpatico. Excellent excursion on the boat, aperiboat with boat ride, sparkling wine and appetizers, great experience to do at least once. Friendly and nice staff.

Claudio è molto gentile e disponibile e spiega tutto ciò che si vede. Giro delle calette meraviglioso!! Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere solo in 4 a bordo e le 4 ore di gita sono passate velocissime facendo più volte il bagno in acque da sogno. Ogni giorno è disponibile una gita differente. Beautiful custom boat trip !! Boat that carries up to 9 people so there's never rush. Claudio is very kind and helpful and explains everything you see. Tour of the wonderful coves !! We were lucky enough to be only 4 aboard and the 4-hour trip went by very fast, making the bath in dream waters several times. Every day there is a different trip.
M	Matteo ferretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver riempito il forum di prenotazione almeno 5 volte, aver chiamato perché non avevo ricevuto nessun feedback con tanto di numerose mail e messaggi intercorsi senza mai nessuna conferma, ma solo inviti a riprovare a riempire il form online, il giorno della mai confermata gita in barca, senza aver mai ricevuto nessuna informazione sull'eventuale luogo e ora di partenza, mi hanno chiamato (non ho risposto perché non ho sentito) e a mia risposta come da foto sono stato pure insultato. Se volete fare un giro in barca all'elba le opzioni sono tante. P. S. Se non si è in grado di gestire le moderne tecnogie come mail e form online, consiglio una buona agenda. After having filled the booking forum at least 5 times, having called because I had not received any feedback with lots of emails and messages without ever confirmation, but only invitations to try again to fill in the online form, on the day of the never confirmed trip in boat, without ever having received any information on the possible place and time of departure, they called me (I did not answer because I did not hear) and in my answer as in the photo I was also insulted. If you want to take a boat ride on Elba, the options are many. P. S. If you are unable to manage modern technologies such as emails and online forms, I recommend a good agenda.
F	Francesca Salvadori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima esperienza che abbiamo fatto ieri con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo scelto la gita privata (eravamo solo noi 6) lungo la costa bianca. Grazie a tutto il personale per la bella giornata!! Matteo risponde su whatsapp a qualsiasi domanda in modo rapido e gentile :) Inoltre si ha la possibilità di accedere alla spiaggia privata dell’hotel Fabricia e alla bellissima piscina, entrambi dotati di ombrelloni e lettini, per tutta la giornata. Unica nota negativa la signora che gestisce il bar della piscina dell’albergo (a differenza delle due ragazze, la ragazza bionda e la ragazza riccia sono molto carine e gentili) ma la signora quando le ho chiesto se potevamo ordinare xche avevamo poco tempo a disposizione (avevamo la gita alle 14 e dopo mezz ora che eravamo seduti al bar non ci avevano portato neanche il menu) mi ha risposto in modo molto maleducato, dicendo sostanzialmente che lei aveva i suoi tempi e se noi abbiamo la gita affari nostri. Questo ovviamente non dipende da elbaexcursion ma la prossima volta mi porterò un panino da casa :) Beautiful experience we had yesterday with my family. We chose the private tour (there were only 6 of us) along the white coast. Thanks to all the staff for a nice day !! Matteo answers any question quickly and kindly on whatsapp :) In addition, you have the opportunity to access the private beach of the Fabricia hotel and the beautiful swimming pool, both equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, throughout the day. The only negative note the lady who runs the hotel pool bar (unlike the two girls, the blonde girl and the curly girl are very nice and kind) but the lady when I asked her if we could order because we had little time available (we had the tour at 2pm and after half an hour we were sitting at the bar they hadn't even brought us the menu) she replied very rudely, basically saying that she had her time and if we have the tour our business. This obviously does not depend on elbaexcursion but next time I will bring me a sandwich from home :)
T	Tóth Bianka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 5 nights in the camping and it was excellent. They have restaurant, supermarkets, gym, swimming pools there and it is also very family friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped, staff was really friendly ☺️
