Entrambi i mezzi erano in perfette condizioni e sia alla partenza che all'arrivo, l'organizzazione è stata perfetta. Una bellissima esperienza da ripetere e che consiglio a chi ne abbia voglia. La ciliegina sulla torta è la ragazza che accoglie o clienti: Giulia è una ragazza solare, gentile, preparata professionalmente e anche simpaticissima ( che non guasta mai ?) Grazie di cuore I rented two different dinghies in two different days. Both vehicles were in perfect condition and both at the start and at the arrival, the organization was perfect. A wonderful experience to repeat and that I recommend to anyone who wants it. The icing on the cake is the girl who welcomes or customers: Giulia is a sunny, kind, professionally prepared and also very nice girl (which never hurts ?) Thank you so much

Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a rimanere ancorati e fermi da qualche parte per poter fare il bagno in tranquillità, questo perché l'ancora in dotazione era inadatta con un mare non perfettamente piatto. Preciso che quando abbiamo chiamato per evidenziare il problema, si sono adoperati per risolverlo, ma ormai la giornata è stata rovinata. L'Isola è un piccolo gioiello da scoprire via mare; la costa nasconde piccole insenature e calette incontaminate che svelano la vera essenza di questo paradiso incantato. Barca pulita e confortevole con comoda cuscineria prendisole e tendalino. Ringraziamo per la piacevole esperienza, da ripetere quanto prima! Small group of four friends. We hired a boat yesterday afternoon to enjoy the crystal clear sea and a few hours of tranquility. The Island is a small jewel to be discovered by sea; the coast hides small inlets and pristine coves that reveal the true essence of this enchanted paradise. D	Donatella colombo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla prenotazione abbiamo chiesto il gommone più grande possibile ci è stato risposto che non c'erano problemi, fatto bonifico il gommone è diventato di 5,5 m il giorno del noleggio pagato e il gommone era a dire poco LURIDO CAPELLI E SABBIA OVUNQUE avremmo dovuto aspettare che lo lavavano per riaverlo 1 ora dopo completamente bagnato (avevamo prenotato 5 giorni prima) devo dire che al ritorno x il problema della sporcizia non ci anno fatto pagare la benzina. In questo periodo avremmo preferito pagare la benzina. I ragazzi sono molto alla mano e ti aiutano se hai difficoltà nel caso fossero le prime volte che esci in barca. Peccato solo per le barche che rispetto agli anni precedenti sono un po’ “trascurate” a noi non è interessato che ci fosse un po’ di sabbia o qualche cosa fuori posto, dato che comunque è un bene che sta in mare sotto lo scoppio del sole e passa di giorno in giorno per mano di persone senza alcun rispetto delle cose, ma per molti altri sono cose che cadono all occhio e potrebbero essere motivo di polemica. Imbarcazione LED dotata di 2 metri di catena poco prima dell ancora che ti assicura una stabilità in fase di ormeggio. Prezzo appena alto dato lo stato di alcune imbarcazioni ma ci può stare data l’alta stagione. Godetevi la giornata di relax e non state sempre a guardare alle piccolezze ?? All'atto della prenotazione e pagamento della capparra effettuato qualche giorno prima, abbiamo ricevuto conferma che tutte le imbarcazioni sono dotate di cappottina parasole. Alla consegna dell'imbarcazione, l'addetto sul molo con la scusa che c'è un po' di vento con qualche nuvola ci convince a non montare la cappottina. Arrivati verso S.Andrea, con vento calmato e tanto sole, decidiamo di montare la cappottina, ma ci accorgiamo che è letteralmente incollata con il nastro adesivo e completamente inutilizzabile (vedi foto). Abbiamo telefonato al numero indicato dal noleggiatore e ci propongono di rientrare per cambiare l'imbarcazione; cosa evidentemente non fattibile e inaccettabile vista la distanza, a meno di rinunciare alla gita in barca. Non abbiamo ricevuto nessun indennizzo e anzi ci è sembrato che per loro la cosa fosse del tutto normale. Un'imbarcazione in quelle condizioni non può essere noleggiata. Non amiamo essere presi in giro e questo non fa onore a chi dovrebbe tenere il cliente nella massima considerazione visto che la fonte principale del'economia Elbana è il turismo. Questo noleggio barche è da evitare. Aggiungo che avete voi avete alzato più la voce, forse ero a dovervi chiedervi scusa? capisco dalla vostra risposta che è meglio davvero starvi alla larga PS nella frase che utilizzate non si dice 'al momento', si dice 'nel momento' per cortesia imparate l'italiano visto l'Elba è in Toscana We hired the Gistri boat in Marciama Marina on 7/8/2021. Upon booking and payment of the deposit made a few days before, we received confirmation that all boats are equipped with a sun canopy. Upon delivery of the boat, the attendant on the pier with the excuse that there is a little wind with some clouds convinces us not to mount the canopy. Arrived towards S.Andrea, with calm wind and lots of sun, we decide to mount the canopy, but we realize that it is literally glued with adhesive tape and completely unusable (see photo). We phoned the number indicated by the charterer and they offer us to come back to change the boat; which is obviously not feasible and unacceptable given the distance, unless you give up the boat trip. We have not received any compensation and indeed it seemed to us that it was completely normal for them. A boat in those conditions cannot be chartered. We do not like being made fun of and this does not do honor to those who should hold the customer in the highest consideration since the main source of Elba's economy is tourism.
