La veterinaria aveva presso appuntamento personale altrove durante l'orario di apertura quindi ha deciso di chiudere mezz'ora, non cinque minuti, l'ambulatorio e quando ho fatto presente che ero arrivata con ben 45 minuti rimasti prima della chiusura scritto sulla porta che sono più che abbastanza per fare una visita, se l'ha presso con me non avendo presso appuntamento. Bad experience! Attente anche coi proprietari e oneste, le spiegazioni che danno sono sempre comprensibili, le istruzioni per le terapie a casa sono chiare. Sono anni che vado da loro e non ho nessuna intenzione di cambiare, anche se dopo aver traslocato devo fare parecchia strada per raggiungerle. La mia cagnolina è sempre felicissima di andare da loro, scodinzola a più non posso e si emoziona appena imbocchiamo la strada e so che non è l'unica. Le mie micine, sia le tre attuali che i due che avevo prima, non dicono "miao" neanche con punture e flebo e si fidano ciecamente. Come me. Assolutamente consigliate!
