La guida esperta di Gaia, fondatrice e anima dello studio, insieme alla passione e al coinvolgimento dei miei compagni di Shala fanno di questo luogo il mio angolo di pace. Quando entro nello studio Jyotir è come se imboccassi una dimensione parallela che mi permette di conoscermi meglio e di vivere il mio corpo in una maniera diversa e speciale.
