Per me entrare in questo luogo è fare un bagno di giovinezza e gioia." Ancora lo penso e anche Online riescono a trasmetterci questa gioia, anche se un po' appannata dalla distanza!! 5 years ago I wrote: "It is a place of sharing, learning becomes natural like living, Harmony is the constituent DNA of Metiss'Art. For me, entering this place is taking a bath of youth and joy." I still think so and even Online they manage to transmit this joy to us, even if a little tarnished from a distance !!

Mi ha reso una ballerina migliore e un'insegnante migliore. Continuerò a seguirla e a frequentare l'associazione perché per me è come una seconda casa e famiglia! Metiss'Art is wonderful. Mi sono sentita "in famiglia" da subito, ho incontrato insegnanti che hanno avuto (e hanno tutt'ora) a cuore la mia crescita nella danza orientale, ispirazioni continue, un ambiente accogliente, simpaticissimo e, nello stesso tempo, estremamente professionale. Sono di parte, certo, ma dopo 6 anni di passione come potrei non esserlo? I joined Metiss'Art in the summer of 2010 having already had experiences in other schools ... and I haven't left it since. I immediately felt "at home", I met teachers who had (and still have) at heart my growth in oriental dance, continuous inspirations, a welcoming, very nice and, at the same time, extremely professional environment. I'm biased, sure, but after 6 years of passion how could I not be?

E per chi vuole approfondire lo studio della danza orientale ci sono ottimi maestri da tutto il mondo per la formazione professionale. Io sono entrata a far parte di questo mondo per caso e ormai è come una seconda casa! Metiss'Art is not just a dance school, it is a place where you can dedicate yourself to wellness and sharing, through dance (the excellency is the oriental dance, famous as belly dance), the arts of well-being like meditation, the yoga and pilates and the arts in general. The atmosphere is familiar and rich in creativity, the heart of the center are the people who frequent it and contribute to making it a happy little island in the heart of Milan. And for those who want to deepen the study of oriental dance there are excellent teachers from all over the world for professional training. Nella associazione si è circondata di persone come lei creative, originali e in continua evoluzione, attente alla qualità e all’insegnamento, desiderose di tramettere e condividere con le allieve passione, sapere, sperimentazioni, ricerca e divertimento. A Metiss si trova un ambiente amichevole, rilassato, simpatico e molto professionale dove apprendere e studiare tecniche e culture e avere cura del proprio corpo e ...del proprio cuore. Assolutamente consigliabile! I met Alessandra, the foundation and manager of the Metiss'Art association now many years ago and since then I have always followed her in her various movements among the schools of Milan until she managed to realize the Metiss’Art project. In the association she is surrounded by people like her creative, original and constantly evolving, attentive to quality and teaching, eager to pass on and share passion, knowledge, experimentation, research and fun with her students.
