 A real yoga center. Professionalism, passion and love in transmitting this wonderful practice. Very clean center, serene environment where you can breathe a relaxing atmosphere for the mind and body. A warm and sincere thanks to Silvia who was able to grasp me. A special and attentive teacher, capable of giving well-being and listening to your needs and priorities.
His lessons are always regenerating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Yoga è un luogo dove praticare yoga affidabile e sicuro, le insegnanti sono competenti e creano un ambiente accogliente. Avendo fatto qui il corso base e ora praticando da un certo periodo, sto apprendendo lo yoga in vari suoi aspetti, tra i quali quello del tenermi in forma, ma non solo :) lo consiglio a chiunque voglia avvicinarsi a questa pratica.
Casa Yoga is a place to practice reliable and safe yoga, the teachers are competent and create a welcoming environment. Having done the basic course here and now practicing for a certain period, I am learning yoga in various aspects, including that of keeping fit, but not only :) I recommend it to anyone who wants to approach this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguo casa yoga da qualche anno ed è un'esperienza meravigliosa grazie a Silvia e le insegnanti di casayoga. Tante classi diverse, al max 10/12 persone in classe, in italiano e in inglese, retreat di yoga in posti unici e tanta professionalità. Anche in questo lockdown, le classi di cadayoga sono state fondamentali per aiutare la schiena e il corpo in un momento di pochissima mobilità. Ho fatto lezioni anche in altri paesi, Bali, Londra, New York e casa yoga non ha nulla da invidiare alle migliori scuole in giro per il mondo!
I have been following yoga home for a few years and it is a wonderful experience thanks to Silvia and the casayoga teachers. Many different classes, max 10/12 people in class, in Italian and English, yoga retreat in unique places and a lot of professionalism. Even in this lockdown, cadayoga classes were instrumental in helping the back and body in a time of very little mobility. I have also taken lessons in other countries, Bali, London, New York and home yoga has nothing to envy to the best schools around the world!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Yoga has an amazing energy and is a really great place to practice yoga. Classes are well structured, nicely guided and suitable for different levels - from more dynamic to a slower practice, even meditation. All of the teachers are super nice too, I highly recommend it!
