Frequento più volte alla settimana con piena soddisfazione e gioia. Consiglio di cuore questo centro a chi ama o desidera avvicinarsi allo yoga. Mai praticato lo yoga in vita mia, penso di continuare perché nella sua difficoltà c'è anche molto rilassamento e serve visto che oggi si conduce una vita abbastanza frenetica. Eccellente accoglienza sia per chi è alle prime esperienze di pratica e sia chi ha già iniziato un percorso nello Yoga. Ambiente pulito ed ordinato. Prezzi davvero accessibili e possibilità di praticare vari tipi di lezioni Yoga. La posizione è inoltre ottima per arrivare sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Onestamente non posso fare a meno di continuare la frequentazione del Centro stesso. Grazie. The quality is the preparation of the teachers is remarkable. E' un regalo che ogni volta faccio a me stessa perchè praticare in questo centro è una certezza di profondo benessere. Gli insegnanti sono tutti bravissimi e qualificati, l'ambiente è pulito, sano e accogliente...non potrei più farne a meno !! consigliatissimo ! I come to Milan to practice as often as possible. It is a gift that I give to myself every time because practicing in this center is a certainty of profound well-being. The teachers are all very good and qualified, the environment is clean, healthy and welcoming ... I couldn't do without it anymore !! highly recommended!

Il personale è preparatissimo e di una gentilezza infinita, gli spazi sono puliti, silenziosi e tranquilli, mi sento sempre seguita e spronata a spingermi un po' più in là della mia zona di comfort, con un senso di fiducia verso le insegnanti e verso il mio corpo che non avevo mai provato in palestra. Consigliatissimo!! I had never practiced yoga before, since I frequent this magnificent place I can no longer do without it. The staff is highly trained and of infinite kindness, the spaces are clean, quiet and peaceful, I always feel followed and encouraged to go a little further than my comfort zone, with a sense of trust towards the teachers and towards the my body that I had never tried in the gym. Highly recommended !!

So far I’ve tried Hot yoga, hot evening flow, and hatha something maybe, don’t remember the name... all three were different in variety and intensity! The environment is cozy and welcoming. The room is warm but not actually hot. The instructors seem to be all quite different which is refreshing when you want to keep your practice growing. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and look forward to returning soon! (P.S. Maybe only negative is the confusion on the name/website/initial booking process but this didn’t hold a determined gal back)
