Non mi sono sentita tutelata già dopo la prima udienza, perché l'avvocato che mi rappresentava si è dimostrato poco incisivo e pareva infastidito dalle mie domande al punto di dichiararsi offeso in seguito alle mie legittime osservazioni e richieste.
Ritengo questo un comportamento poco professionale perché chi subisce un danno, non essendo avvezzo a frequentare tribunali e sostenere cause legali, è legittimato nel chiedere rispetto e delucidazioni. Chi ti rappresenta non dovrebbe limitarsi a conoscere le norme del diritto, ma anche dimostrare educazione e disponibilità nei confronti dei propri assistiti.

I did not feel protected already after the first hearing, because the lawyer who represented me was not very incisive and seemed annoyed by my questions to the point of declaring offended following my legitimate observations and requests.
I consider this unprofessional behavior because those who suffer damage, not being accustomed to attending courts and supporting lawsuits, are legitimated to ask for respect and clarification. Those who represent you should not only know the rules of law, but also demonstrate education and availability towards their clients.
