★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non hanno spiegato bene prima di prenotare per fare il tampone rapido covid-19, che non possono dare la certificazione dell’esito nello steso giorno, ma il succesivo. Si comme mi serve il tampone per il vuolo in aereo per prossimo giorno domani mattina ale 7:30, ma mi hanno detto che sara disponibile solo dopo 8:30 quando sonno arrivata ha farlo. Dovevano avisarmi prima di prenotare sul telefono. Di solito, da per tutto, te lo danno in un quarto d’ora.
They did not explain well before booking to do the covid-19 rapid swab, which cannot certify the outcome on the same day, but the next. Yes, I need the swab for the plane flight for next day tomorrow morning at 7:30 am, but they told me it will be available only after 8:30 when I got there. They should have warned me before booking on the phone. Usually, everywhere, they give it to you in a quarter of an hour.

I was this morning to take the sample for blood tests. I had only called ten minutes ago. Very kind. This is the first time I have had a blood sample taken without the slightest pain. I practically didn't notice. Great experience
