★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato solo una volta per chiedere informazioni su un immobile all'asta che mi sarebbe potuto interessare: mi hanno subito fatto firmare un modulo che mi impegnava (poco furbo io a fidarmi sulla parola e senza leggerlo bene, questo è sicuro), a versargli 3000 euro (indipendentemente dal valore dell'immobile, fra l'altro) nel caso in cui mi fossi aggiudicato l'immobile in questione, anche qualora fossi andato all'asta senza alcun altro intervento da parte loro. Oltretutto i "servizi" forniti sono alla portata di chiunque, gratuitamente: la visita agli immobili, ad esempio, si può richiedere in 5 minuti direttamente sul sito dell'istituto di vendite giudiziarie. Vi consiglio di stare alla larga!
P.S. (in risposta a quanto scritto sotto): magari mi fossi informato prima (altrove, però! Nel venire da voi il mio intento era proprio solo quello: informarmi senza impegno su un immobile specifico di cui ero venuto a conoscenza senza il vostro intervento - e di cui fra l'altro mi è stato subito chiaro che sapevate poco o nulla)...mi sarei di certo ben guardato dal mettere piede nel vostro studio, dove, ripeto, una visita col custode (prenotabile sul sito in 5 minuti), anche da sola, può costare 3000 euro.
I only went once to ask for information on a property at auction that I might have been interested in: they immediately made me sign a form that committed me (not very smart to take my word for it and without reading it well, that's for sure), to pay it 3000 euros (regardless of the value of the property, among other things) in the event that I was awarded the property in question, even if I went to the auction without any other intervention on their part. Moreover, the "services" provided are within the reach of anyone, free of charge: the visit to the properties, for example, can be requested in 5 minutes directly on the website of the judicial sales institute. I advise you to stay away!
P.S. (in response to what is written below): I wish I had inquired earlier (elsewhere, however! In coming to you my intent was just that: to inform me without obligation on a specific property that I had come to know without your intervention - and of which, among other things, it was immediately clear to me that you knew little or nothing) ... I would certainly have been careful not to set foot in your studio, where, I repeat, a visit with the caretaker (bookable on the site in 5 minutes), even alone, it can cost 3000 euros.

Mi sono informata per un immobile all'asta e subito mi hanno fatto firmare via mail un "contratto" dove comunque loro avrebbero recepito un compenso anche se mi fossi aggiudicata l'immobile autonomamente. Come i precedenti clienti ho peccato di ingenuità e ho firmato...ma di certo loro peccano di serietà e professionalità. Non fate come noi.
I can only follow the previous reviews. I inquired about a property at auction and immediately they made me sign a "contract" via e-mail where, in any case, they would have received a fee even if I had awarded the property independently. Like previous clients, I sinned with naivety and signed ... but they certainly sin with seriousness and professionalism. Don't be like us.
