I nostri familiari hanno toccato con mano e constatato, al momento delle dimissioni, il trattamento ricevuto. E le risposte sgarbate ricevute telefonicamente in merito all'acqua da acquistare perchè sarebbe normale averne solo un litro al massimo al giorno. Il momento delle dimissioni è stato lo stesso e sono rattristata dal fatto che sia un servizio pagato dall'Asl in quanto non di qualità. Alla reception ho trovato le ragazze molto gentili e accoglienti. Ho fatto una RM, Luca, il tecnico che ha effettuato l'esame, molto bravo, attento, professionale, educato, simpatico e gentile, cosa molto importante sempre, in ogni ambito, ma in questo ancora di più! Anche il medico radiologo, di cui non conosco il nome, gentile, attento e simpatico! Consiglio vivamente il servizio di diagnostica di Villa Rosa, bravi tutti!!! Prima di arrivare ho letto con preoccupazione le numerose e recentissime opinioni negative. Ebbene, se pur presto per dare un giudizio globale devo dire che sono rimasta positivamente colpita da questa struttura. Parco bellissimo ove poter uscire a prendere aria, pasti serviti direttamente in camera, dispenser di bevande calde, aree comuni molto spaziose, possibilità di fumare in ampi spazi interni ed esterni. A tutto questo aggiungo la professionalità dello staff, la cortesia e la disponibilità. Cmq prestazione eseguita benissimo e sono soddisfatto. Per fortuna che su richiesta del medico,si paga solo il ticket,essendo una struttura privata. Sono bravi andateci ! f	federico ferrari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ricoverato presso questa struttura per quattro settimane. L'accoglienza è stata molto frenetica e dispersiva. Le attività "riabilitative" brevi. Sala fumatori con sistema di aereazione non funzionante segnalato più volte. A metà ricovero ho avuto un'accesa discussione con una dott.ssa particolarmente maleducata per l'utilizzo del telefono (uso lavorativo) nel primo reparto, la quale nel modo più antiprofessionale ha evidenziato mie problematiche davanti a tutti con una "lieve" frase: se non ti sta bene non utilizzare il cellulare, puoi anche tornartene alla tua vita di prima". Fortunatamente sono stato spostato di reparto (dove il telefono non è considerato reato), e seguito da un medico di una competenza esemplare, devoto al suo lavoro e soprattutto umano e comprensivo. Nulla a che vedere con la superficialità della prima anche nel seguire le cure. Purtroppo è stata un'esperienza negativa. I was hospitalized at this facility for four weeks. O almeno capire cosa l’avesse spinta a comportarsi così male nei miei confronti. Subito ne ho sofferto poi ho raggiunto la consapevolezza che oltre ad essere lei in torto marcio (cosa che capivo anche se quella depressa marcia ero io) doveva anche essere una cattiva persona per sfogarsi così con chi era nella condizione di non potersi difendere. Se poi non era una cattiva persona sicuramente allora doveva essere un po’ molto ignorante. Comunque io preferirei finire nella giungla con insetti (ODIO) caldo (ODIO) ed umidità (ODIO) che tornare a Villa Rosa. La vita è già abbastanza dura senza bisogno che ce la si complichi ulteriormente facendosi ricoverare. Dottoressa ? a lei la parola…! Per quanto riguarda oss, infermieri, gli altri medici, le donne delle pulizie, i tecnici della riabilitazione psichiatrica e gli psicologi niente da ridire, anzi, se la cavano egregiamente (ognuno con le sue stranezze e paturnie) Però ☝? non fatevi ricoverare a meno che non sentiate che ne avete davvero bisogno. Il mio psichiatra dice che è un’esperienza tosta per me è stata traumatica. Ecco perché ho dato solo 4 stelle: si può sempre migliorare infondo…! Ps grazie di ❤️ Anna Maria (infermiera ?) Mentre attendevo il mio turno per l'accettazione (l'addetta al Front Office si dimostrerà poi gentile e disponibile), ho trovato la medesima cortesia anche nell'addetta al Punto Informazioni, attenta nell'accogliere la richiesta di una parente di una ricoverata, e nel tecnico di laboratorio che si è occupato del mio esame. Promossi anche i tempi di attesa, dato che sono entrato in lieve anticipo rispetto all'orario dell'appuntamento. Gli unici aspetti migliorabili sono il parcheggio, troppo piccolo e sempre pieno, e la gestione dei flussi di chi accede alla struttura: ho visto personale, pazienti e visitatori entrare e uscire da entrambe le porte dell'ingresso, e sarebbe più opportuno - per il Covid e non solo - che i percorsi fossero a senso unico.
