Sembra quasi che ti fanno un favore a darti tempo con il dottore. Per sistemare un dente ci vogliono 4 settimane. Pessimo. The manager is devoid of organization and respect towards the customers and the appointments are never respected. It almost seems like they do you a favor by giving you time with the doctor. It takes 4 weeks to fix a tooth. Very bad.

Capisco problema Covid, ma non dare con questa scusa il servizio “urgente” è il colmo! Ho richiesto di cementarmi un ponte che tra l’altro non hanno completato il lavoro perché il loro laboratorio non aveva fatto bene l’impianto conclusivo e mi è stato risposto che non hanno i medici disponibili...., per mettere un po’ di cemento!! Dovevo stare così con il disagio di non parlare e mangiare fino alla settimana successiva. Ho chiamato un’altra struttura di Modena la quale tempestivamente nonostante non fossi cliente è intervenuta subito. Secondo me l’organizzazione è PESSIMA. I have been a customer of this facility for years, competent doctors, really good, but the organization leaves something to be desired. I understand Covid's problem, but not giving the "urgent" service with this excuse is the height! I asked to cement a bridge which, among other things, did not complete the work because their laboratory had not done the final implant well and I was told that they do not have the doctors available ...., to put some concrete!! I had to be so uncomfortable not to speak and eat until the following week. I called another facility in Modena which promptly intervened immediately despite not being a customer. In my opinion, the organization is AWFUL.
M	Monica De Leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato mio figlio qualche anno fa perchè il mio dentista mi aveva detto che aveva 3 carie ma per non farmi andare fino a Sassuolo e visto che era pieno mi aveva detto di rivolgermi ad un dentista a Modena. Fatto sta che hanno fatto entrare mio figlio di 15/16 anni dentro per la isita, mentre io sono stata trattenuta fuori per la compilazione del questionario lungo non so quante pagine, una volta chiamata dentro mi hanno presentato un preventivo di 1200 euro per n.12 carie INESISTENTI, alla mia replica che mio figlio era già stato visto dal mio dentista e che lo stesso mi avesse diagnosticato 3 carie, la dottoressa ha cominciato ad arrampicarsi sugli specchi. Risultato sono andata immediatamente via ho chiamato il mio dentista che mi gli ha curato tutte e 3 le carie solo e solo quelle!!! TRUFFATORI, magari non i medici che ci lavorano ma di sicuro la responsabile che gestisce le prime visite e ce deve smistare i pazienti ai vari medici!!! Result I immediately went away I called my dentist who treated me all 3 caries only and only those! SCAMMERS, maybe not the doctors who work there but certainly the manager who manages the first visits and has to sort the patients to the various doctors !!!

Condivido la mia prima esperienza presso la clinica in Via Asiago, entro e mi fanno firmare i classici documenti.. quello per la privacy scritti male, in quento mi é stato richiesto di apporre obbligatoriamente la crocetta su "autorizzo" ... già prima perplessità! Procedo con la visita per il preventivo invisalign... dottoressa gentile... mi propone una seconda visita per le carie... mi sposto da un altro dottore... anche lui gentile e chiarisce il fatto che fatto il preventivo... poi ci avrei pensato su.... mi spostano in segreteria per vedere i 2 preventivi.....ma la cosa che mi lascia perplessa é il fatto di voler insistere a prenotare appuntamenti per procedere con i trattamenti.... più eclatante é la richiesta della firma(autorizzazione del pagamento di uno dei preventivi... quando era ben chiaro il fatto che io volessi pensarci! Quindi purtroppo sull'organizzazio non ho avuto una bella sensazione.... occhio a firmare!!!! EYE TO SIGN THE ESTIMATES !! So unfortunately I didn't have a good feeling about the organization .... watch out for signing !!!!

Ho chiesto informazioni sui prezzi puramente indicativi per rendermi conto di quanto potevo spendere e dei prezzi che loro applicava o. Ma l'unica cosa che ti dicono è il prezzo della prima visita e panoramica che sei obbligato a pagare. Il resto verrà tutto fatto in seguito. Assurdi. Inoltre tutto questo detto con strafottenza dalla segretaria al telefono. Rispetto del cliente zero. I called for information and to book but the lack of education is total. I asked for information on purely indicative prices to understand how much I could spend and the prices that they charged. But the only thing they tell you is the price of the first visit and overview that you are obliged to pay. The rest will all be done later. Absurd. Also all this said with arrogance by the secretary on the phone. Zero customer respect.

Primo appuntamento: visita sommaria fatta dal loro chirurgo, in meno di 3 minuti, diagnosticato una devitalizzazione senza fare nessuna lastra. Costo della visita 40 € + 4€ di balzello pro Covid. Secondo appuntamento: 50 minuti di ritardo, il dente da devitalizzare era già devitalizzato!!! Fatto pulizia dei denti e ricostruzione . Altri 4 € di "contributo covid" che in fattura appare come acconto cure odotostomatologiche. Terzo appuntamento: altri 45 minuti di ritardo. Inaccettabile. Potevano tranquillamente avvertire del ritardo e posticipare l'appuntamento. Siamo andati via e preso appuntamento presso altro studio meglio organizzato. Mi dispiace che questo centro sia peggiorato così tanto perché fino a qualche anno fa erano affidabili, competenti e con prezzi convenienti. Terrible! 84 year old lady already a customer. First appointment: brief visit made by their surgeon, in less than 3 minutes, diagnosed with devitalization without doing any x-rays. Cost of the visit € 40 + € 4 pro Covid tax. Second appointment: 50 minutes late, the tooth to be devitalized was already devitalized !!! Done teeth cleaning and reconstruction. Another 4 € of "covid contribution" which appears on the invoice as a deposit for odostomatological treatments. Third appointment: another 45 minutes late. Unacceptable. They could safely warn of the delay and postpone the appointment. We left and made an appointment at another better organized studio. I am sorry that this center has deteriorated so much because until a few years ago they were reliable, competent and with affordable prices.

Mi sono trovata davvero bene, porterò anche la mia famiglia! I highly recommend this structure: courteous and helpful on the phone, when I called to book a first visit, prepared and attentive once I arrived at the structure. I had a really good time, I will also bring my family!

Hai un'emergenza, ti danno appuntamento 15 giorni dopo, con il rischio di dover andare o da un altro dentista o al pronto soccorso odontoiatrico: pessimo comportamento e professionalità latitante. Customer care un pio desiderio. Good for hygiene, even if it has increased in price. Carefully avoid implantology. You have an emergency, they give you an appointment 15 days later, with the risk of having to go to another dentist or to the dental emergency room: bad behavior and professionalism on the run. Customer care wishful thinking.
