Everything was explained clearly and he made the process straight forward. We communicated mostly in Italian, but his English is very good if needed! He went above and beyond the standard services offered by an agency, helping me gather all the required documents whilst working to my tight schedule. Everything was completed on time and to a high standard. Highly recommended!
