Furthermore, the agent that I worked with concealed important issues and deficits that the apartment had. As result, I had to spend a lot more on renovations than originally expected. The agent was not open to negotiations on the price and would only "fight" for what the sellers wanted. I guess this would work well for those that are looking to sell, but I would advise avoiding this company if you want to buy a property in Modena.
