A	Andrei Manea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MOLTO ATENTI A QUELLO CHE FIRMATE. Tutelano solo chi pare a loro, quando dovrebbero essere equidistanti, mediatori onesti tra venditore ed acquirente. Ho avuto un esperienza bruttissima. 1.Non hanno vincolato la proposta di acquisto all'erogazione del mutuo, quindi se la banca dice di no perdi la caparra. Hanno motivato che non ho detto niente quando era il loro dovere da professionisti a chiedermelo. 2. Hanno messo le spese straordinarie del condominio gia deliberate a carico del acquirente legendo questo passaggio a in modo di non far capire la trufa. Una stella e già troppo ma non si può meno. Vergogna VERY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU SIGN. They only protect whoever they like, when they should be equidistant, honest mediators between seller and buyer. Ci hanno dimostrato di tenere a noi, alla nostra storia, si sono fidati di noi come noi ci siamo fidati di loro e alla fine non potevamo ottenere risultato migliore: la casa che desideravamo. Hanno venduto il mio appartamento in poco tempo e ad un prezzo superiore alle aspettative. Purtroppo ti chiedono di collaborare e non ti danno tregua fino a quando anche tu non hai fatto con cura la tua parte . Una piccola fatica e qualche soldo ben speso.. quindi , ne valeva la pena ! È stata un’esperienza straordinaria!!! Gestione di coordinamento di una squadra di lavoro, ECCELLENTE!!! Confronto di idee, decisamente COSTRUTTIVO!!! Nel nostro caso ci ha seguiti Elisa, persona molto professionale, gentile e disponibile con la quale ci siamo trovati davvero bene, in quanto ci ha seguiti passo passo in tutte le procedure. La consulenza è stata molto pratica e mirata. Sono venute incontro alla mia esigenza di un budget limitato ma senza trascurare l'estetica degli ambienti e la loro fruibilità che per me erano aspetti ugualmente importanti.
