Con un assegno in mano e una proposta scritta non si sono mai degnati di chiamarci e solo dopo insistenza da parte nostra si degnavano a darci risposte sempre incomlete. Agenzia poco seria la sconsiglio vivamente
An embarrassing agency to say the least ....
With a check in hand and a written proposal they never deigned to call us and only after our insistence did they deign to always give us incomplete answers. Not serious agency I strongly advise against it

Non penso proprio, i requisiti c'erano eccome, è che non avete voglia, e ci sono le mail che lo provano, come ben sa.
Ho trovato una bellissima villetta con giardino comunque, baci.
Unserious and rude real estate agents, who are also justified by the owner!

I don't think so, the requirements were there, it's just that you don't want to, and there are emails that prove it, as you well know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali e poco educati: alla prima telefonata, fatta per ottenere informazioni sui requisiti richiesti dalla proprietaria di un appartamento in affitto, non ottengo risposte ma domande personali alle quali mi rifiuto di rispondere; ribadendo che avrei voluto avere solo informazioni di base e che non mi sembrava il caso di rispondere a domande personali al primo contatto, mi sono sentito rispondere (dal titolare) che avrei dovuto aprire una mia agenzia immobiliare per ottenere ciò che chiedevo. SCONSIGLIATISSIMA
RISPOSTA AL PROPRIETARIO: un professionista nel suo settore deve anche sapersi porre nel modo corretto visto che siete costretti dai proprietari a fare il terzo grado ai papabili inquilini. Ad ogni modo io non ho chiesto né di visionare l'immobile ne tanto meno di fare proposta senza rispettare i requisiti; avevo chiamato per avere informazioni sui requisiti ed invece di ottenere risposte sono stato insultato. Le auguro una proficua vita "professionale"
Unprofessional and uneducated: on the first phone call, made to obtain information on the requirements required by the owner of a rented apartment, I do not get answers but personal questions to which I refuse to answer; reiterating that I would have liked to have only basic information and that it did not seem appropriate to answer personal questions at first contact, I heard (from the owner) that I would have to open my own real estate agency to get what I was asking. NOT RECOMMENDED
ANSWER TO THE OWNER: a professional in his sector must also know how to put himself in the correct way since you are forced by the owners to make the third degree to eligible tenants. In any case, I did not ask to view the property, much less to make a proposal without respecting the requirements; I called to inquire about the requirements and instead of getting answers I was insulted. I wish you a profitable "professional" life
