I have now been dealing with the complaint for 5 months now. in the meantime you wanted a report from me as proof that all 4 rims are crooked for that, I made costs to have a report made at the mercedes dealer in our area. what a bad company you are. you don't expect this from a mercedes benz garage to be treated like that.

After I bought the car and transported it to the Netherlands, I discover that the car has 4 crooked rims. I passed that on to the dealer. No answer is given to my question what will happen next. I also filed a complaint through mercedes head office. Now 1.5 months later mercedes Stefauto S.P.A does not respond to my complaint. I advise people not to buy a car from them. If something is wrong with the car and you report it to them, they will not respond to your question.
