Disponibili anche le pizze cotte nel forno elettrico. Possibile ordinare un caffè e anche da bere. Alcuni posti va sedere per un consumo veloce. Orario continuato, chiuso la domenica. A place that is more reminiscent of a pastry shop than a baker. It sells bread and sweets such as brioches and pastries, biscuits, sendwitches. Also stone ground whole wheat flour. Pizzas cooked in an electric oven are also available. You can order a coffee and also a drink. Some seats go to sit for quick consumption. Open all day, closed on Sundays.

Tralascio la cortesia del commesso, che non si è neanche degnato di scusarsi perché non mi poteva cambiare 50€ (possibile?) e perché il POS a quanto pare era scarico e quindi non potevo pagare con la carta. Il servizio mi è sembrato comunque scarso (la varietà in un forno in centro a Bologna speravo fosse un po' più vasta di quella di un qualunque forno di provincia), e 1.20€ per una brioche mi sembrano un po' tantini. Perdio, non l'ho assaggiata, magari era la brioche più buona del mondo: ma non sono riuscita a pagarla e l'ho dovuta lasciar lì. Having to go past this oven to go to work, I decide to stop and get some pasta for breakfast. I leave out the courtesy of the clerk, who has not even deigned to apologize because he could not change me € 50 (possible?) And because the POS apparently was unloaded and therefore I could not pay with the card. However, the service seemed to me to be poor (the variety in a bakery in the center of Bologna I hoped was a little wider than that of any provincial bakery), and € 1.20 for a brioche seem a bit tantini to me. God, I didn't taste it, maybe it was the best brioche in the world: but I couldn't pay for it and I had to leave it there.

I had booked hamburger sandwiches by telephone to be picked up by 3pm, closing time. Here in front at 2.30pm and it is already closed, highly discouraged.

Aperto dalla prima mattina con pane appena sfornato; possibilità di comprare i bun per gli hamburger. Consigliato anche per fare una colazione goduriosa. Small place but with an interesting variety of both sweet and savory products. The cream pastas are highly recommended. Open from the first morning with freshly baked bread; possibility to buy burger buns. Also recommended for a delicious breakfast.
