Il pane costa moltissimo Γ¨ acido, spesso troppo cotto con la crosta immangiabile e crudo dentro. Oggi in particolare il pane alle noci pagato 9 euro FA SCHIFO. Altamente sconsigliato anche per la svogliatezza del personale.
Bread costs a lot and is sour, often overcooked with inedible crust and raw inside. Today in particular the walnut bread paid 9 euros SUCKS. Highly not recommended also for the listlessness of the staff.

Pagato 29€ un panettone che era secco, la mollica compatta e con uno sgradevole sapore. Sicuramente dovuto ad una cattiva gestione del lievito madre. Sfrutta la sua reputazione, ma dai prodotti si nota poca voglia di mantenerla alta. Lo so che a Natale bisogna essere tutti piΓΉ buoni ma con il panettone che ho mangiato ieri sera Γ¨ impossibile
Paid € 29 for a panettone that was dry, the crumb compact and with an unpleasant taste. Surely due to poor management of the mother yeast. It leverages its reputation, but there is little desire to keep it high from the products. I know that at Christmas we all have to be tastier but with the panettone I ate last night it is impossible

Baked sweets, easy savoury food to take away and enjoy in the square, fantastic breads. Ask for a few slices of their bread baked with meat (you won’t see lots of meat in the bread, but it imparts a rich fatty flavour to each bite). We stopped here to pick up some farro buns to take with us on our walk of the Via Francigena, finding bread that would last a few days in our packs. Lovely staff.

The coupon for this stop gives you a wide variety of treats from muffins to cookies and little pies. I got a muffin and my boyfriend got the carrot cake. Both were good, a little to dry for my taste and not ao sweet but my boyfriend likes it! I probably wouldn’t go again but the shop owner was incredibly nice!
