From the site there is no mention of closures but, once arrived on site, we find the sign that says CLOSED for holidays.

Le guide sono state gentilissime e simpaticissime, ci hanno subito accolto spiegandoci la storia di questo magico "appartamento d'arte" E la mostra che accoglieva. Consiglio vivamente per chi è interessato ad acquistare e per chi come noi è un appassionato.
Interesting place where art and design meet. The guides were very kind and very nice, they immediately welcomed us explaining the history of this magical "art apartment" and the exhibition it hosted. I highly recommend for those interested in buying and for those like us who are passionate.
