M	Moobilia Store on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato una lampada Foscarini. Imballo senza nemmeno polistirolo o millebolle, solo cartone. La lampada è composta da 2 vetri che non erano stati imballati a parte o protetti minimamente. I vetri quindi sono andati completamente in frantumi. Inoltre il corpo lampada graffiato e ammaccato, sicuramente non dovuto al trasporto, ma danno già presente prima della spedizione. A nostra richiesta di sostituzione o rimborso (perché la lampada è fuori produzione), ci è stato detto di rivolgerci alla Foscarini ed acquistare i pezzi di ricambio. La ditta non si è presa minimamente la responsabilità dell'accaduto, lavandosene completamente le mani. Vergognoso trattare così chi paga anche in anticipo. Peccato non poter dare 0 stelle. We purchased a Foscarini lamp. Packing without even polystyrene or millebolle, only cardboard. The lamp is composed of 2 glasses that had not been packed separately or protected at all. The glasses therefore shattered completely. Furthermore the lamp body is scratched and dented, certainly not due to transport, but damage already present before shipment. At our request for replacement or refund (because the lamp is out of production), we were told to contact Foscarini and buy spare parts. The company did not take the responsibility of the incident at all, washing its hands completely. Shameful to treat so who pays even in advance. Too bad not being able to give 0 stars.

We have been guided throughout the renovation of the house to create a welcoming environment that reflects our expectations. Li ho trovati gentili e professionali oltre ad essere pignoli, che in questo ambiente non guasta mai. Durante l'iter progettuale si sono verificati alcuni intoppi provocati da terzi, che prontamente sono stati risolti. Spero di avere altre occasioni per collaborare con loro. I am an architect and received their support in the design of an entire apartment. I found them kind and professional as well as being fussy, which never hurts in this environment. During the design process there were some hitches caused by third parties, which were promptly resolved. I hope to have other opportunities to work with them.
