Su alcune cose sono stati vaghi su altre hanno risolto immediatamente il problema. L'officina comunque è piuttosto intricata come accesso, essendo al piano interrato, e vi si accede tramite una rampa in curva. I was yesterday for the first time at the Car dealership workshop for info regarding small problems relating to the new car just purchased. On some things they were vague about others they solved the problem immediately. The workshop, however, is rather complicated as access, being in the basement, and is accessed via a ramp in the curve.

Sabato 1 feb, entrato in reparto vendite, sono stato servito con competenza e gentilezza. Purrroppo le ricercge non hanno dato buoni risultati. Ho trovato i ricambi, in inghilterra, purtroppo l'Alfa Romeo, come tutte le case automobilistiche, di assistere o clienti dopo i 10 anni, di cessasione della produzione, del modello di vettura.... Devo ringraziare Alessandro Rambaldi che con cortesia e professionalità mi ha seguito nell'acquisto e continua a farlo ancora oggi. Ma il mio grazie va anche a Roberto e a tutto lo staff dell'officina che, nonostante i ritardi in questo periodo nella consegna dei ricambi, mi ha risolto un grosso problema. Ieri mi è stata inaspettatamente riconsegnata la macchina riparata e sanificata. Grazie davvero per l'efficienza e la cortesia che vi contraddistingue. Alessandro, ha espresso una gentilezza e una professionalità di primo ordine. Noi avevamo necessità di verificare se, sulla vettura di nostro interesse, fosse possibile installare i seggiolini per bambini. Il venditore ci ha assistito nella prova, davvero ottimo. Anche il prezzo richiesto per vettura nuova era molto interessante. Non abbiamo poi proceduto all'acquisto perché ci siamo orientati su una vettura di caratteristiche diverse. Da parte nostra un grazie e tanti complimenti! We were at the dealership in April 2021. The seller, Mr. Alessandro, expressed a kindness and professionalism of the first order. We needed to verify if, on the car of our interest, it was possible to install child seats. The seller assisted us in the test, really great. The asking price for a new car was also very attractive. We then did not proceed with the purchase because we focused on a car with different characteristics. For our part, thanks and many compliments!
a	alberto angelini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in officina per un problema sulla mia Alfa mi hanno diagnosticato un mal funzionamento agli iniettori del gpl e assicurato un buon funzionamento del motore a benzina. Ho speso 98 euro per non risolvere assolutamente nulla. Mi sono recato in un altra officina dove mi hanno registrato le valvole ed ora la mia Alfa funziona benissimo. Non è la prima volta che spendo soldi inutilmente... non andrò più !!! I went to the workshop for a problem on my Alfa and they diagnosed me with a malfunction in the LPG injectors and ensured that the petrol engine was working properly. I spent 98 euros to solve absolutely nothing. I went to another workshop where they registered the valves and now my Alfa works very well. It is not the first time that I spend money in vain ... I will not go anymore !!!

Questa è la mia settimana auto e non ho mai cambiato i dischi dei freni a 70.000km! I have a doubt, or the materials of the Jeep are of poor quality or in this repair center you change parts with a lot of freedom. This is my car week and I have never changed the brake discs at 70,000km!
