★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio S8 per un difetto della fotocamera e di un sensore e alla reception mi hanno fatto notare anche un difetto al display. Riparazione in garanzia in un oretta e sostituzione della fotocamera, display, sensore anteriore, scheda logica e batteria. Il telefono e'tornato pari al nuovo. Aggiungendo la gentilezza dell"ímpiegata alla reception, posso dare 5 stelle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un telefono Samsung che, dopo un anno, manifesta un difetto (riga rosa lungo il display). Chiamo Startel e mi dicono di passare per la riparazione: porto il telefono e, dopo circa un'ora, è riparato, perfettamente funzionante, come nuovo.
La cortesia, la disponibilità e la professionalità dimostratemi sono qualità che raramente ho trovato in centri che offrono servizi di riparazione come questi (anni fa un altro centro tenne l'allora mio telefono per oltre 40 giorni). Ottimo sotto tutti gli aspetti: se ne avrete bisogno, concorderete senz'altro con me.
I have a Samsung phone which, after a year, shows a defect (pink line across the display). I call Startel and they tell me to go for the repair: I bring the phone and, after about an hour, it is repaired, fully functional, like new.
The courtesy, availability and professionalism shown to me are qualities that I have rarely found in centers that offer repair services like these (years ago another center kept my phone for over 40 days at the time). Excellent in all respects: if you need it, you will certainly agree with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo portato un Note 8 con problema di burn-in al display, vetro posteriore scheggiato, il telefono è passato in garanzia per il display ed a pagamento il vetro posteriore, il costo è stato assolutamente accettabile e la tempistica davvero veloce, il prodotto ci è stato riconsegnato praticamente pari al nuovo con certificazione ip68 ripristinata!
Cordiali seri e preparati, un centro autorizzato assolutamente consigliato!
