Silvia è molto attenta non solo alla qualità del servizio che offre, ma soprattutto al benessere degli animali, che escono da lei come se fossero stati in una SPA di lusso. Cani felici e sereni, proprietari tranquilli di saperli in ottime mani! Bravi Silvia e Dario, per me la toelettatura migliore di Vicenza e provincia!

Silvia is very attentive not only to the quality of the service she offers, but above all to the welfare of the animals, which come out of her as if they had been in a luxury SPA. Lei non si deve permettere di dire certe cose su cosa crede io faccio con il mio cane, la sua reputazione di scortese e maleducata è risaputa ma io non ci volevo credere. Io le avevo semplicemente detto che avevo una visita in ospedale ( non sa nulla in merito) semplicemente le avevo detto che prima di mezzogiorno non riuscivo a tornare, il mio “cucciolo “ lei non lo conosce si è permessa di giudicare il suo comportamento ipotetico. Non si deve permettere di insinuare che viene prima il bene del mio piuttosto che quello del mio cane non sa nulla. Si legga le recensioni in giro su di lei e come detto io lei è maleducata sgarbata e poco professionale per la bravura o no non mi è stato modo di saperlo si faccia un piccolo esame di coscienza che le critiche sono costruttive a volte. Quando si lavora con il pubblico non si può criticare se non si sa . Comunque chi mi aveva sconsigliato lei aveva ragione. Tanti Auguri signora mia
