Gestore molto gentile e simpatico. Panini squisiti ma offre molto di più . Abbiamo anche comprato i "passaporti per le panchine " e ovviamente ricevuto il timbro. Torneremo sicuramente . Consigliatissimo. Very nice and above all very clean bar in a very well kept square. We stopped for a sandwich after going to the giant bench. Very kind and nice manager. Delicious sandwiches but offers so much more. We also bought the "passports for the benches" and of course received the stamp. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Piazza travaglini a Barengo dove si può godere di posti all'aperto per gustarsi una pausa . E come punto di appoggio per poi andare a visitare la panchina gigante , poco distante dal ristobar . Cucina veramente casalinga, ottimo l'antipasto di salumi e quello di pesce, risotto con le rane, rane fritte e alborelle fritte. Anche la paella (sicuramente non piatto tipico) era ottima. Simpaticissimo il proprietario, sempre pronto al sorriso. Ambiente informale. Unico neo, in periodo freddo, spazio limitato. Suggerisco di prenotare per tempo. Also excellent as a restaurant, with typical Novara and non-Novara dishes. Really home cooking, excellent salami and fish appetizers, risotto with frogs, fried frogs and fried bleaks. Paella (definitely not a typical dish) was also great. The owner is very nice, always ready to smile. Informal environment. The only drawback, in the cold period, limited space.
