★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very very clean. Room spacious two seater table and desk. Breakfast buffet somewhat disappointing...lacking fresh fruit and just too many pastries. It is a brisk 10 mins walk to the lovely Gigi Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service at breakfast. The becon is totally burned. Waiter never say a word when we told him the hot water is finished. The power outlet is still very old local style so the standard European charger can not be applied. Bathtub is stuck. Curtain is also broken. It’s the worst hotel and worst service I have ever been experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bedrooms were a little dated, but all seemed clean. The staff was very friendly and gave us the information we needed to make our day a success. The complimentary breakfast was good too. I would return to this hotel if I came back this way.

It's the ultimate royal Italian hotel.Great ambience.Large and spacious rooms.Rooms are having Italian marble in bathroom and in room too.Beatiful bathroom with bath tub.
Restaurant is also awesome with great tasty Italian and other cuisine available there.
Highly recommended if you are visiting Florence, Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is prime. Rooms are getting a little dated. The rooms were some of the best we have ever had. Very comfortable accommodation with good price. Our room at the end of the hall was quiet. Conveniently located with excellent selection of food choices in walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, within walking range of large shopping mall that has many retailers and restaurants. Friendly staff at hotel, helpful. They have a restaurant, but I chose to eat at one of the malls eateries. Breakfast at hotel was continental, not a large selection but not meagre either. Hotel has ample size gated car park for if you're driving around in a rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives - very comfortable bed, appreciated the mini fridge contents after a long night out, beautiful bathroom, very friendly hotel staff who spoke English, safe and free parking. Negatives - inconvenient location for public transit, long drive from downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast spread is reasonable, better than most hotels of similar grade in Italy. Lobby is nice. Room's carpet & the side is not well-maintained though. Very dusty, can see layers of dust. The side's wall paper (near the floor) are badly stained.
