m	marianna tartaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa al massimo ho portato la mia cagnolina vecchia perché non camminava più all.improvviso ..mi hanno fatto fare esami su esami gonfiando il conto quando già sapevamo che non si poteva fare più niente in più non riuscivamo a prendere la vena per la flebo e pure li ha sofferto l'ho portata vigilie e tornata a casa come un vegetale tempo 2 giorni e morta . I took her vigils and returned home like a vegetable for 2 days and died.

Grazie ancora per tutto quello che avete fatto! I highly recommend this clinic, unfortunately my dog became heart disease at 9 years old .... while other vets gave us no hope for more than 6 months, with the expert and loving care of this staff he reached 11 years! M	MARIANA TERESA CUTIS LUPIM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo portato il nostro cane in questa clinica ed era in fin di vita a causa di un infezione per via di un amputazione, il cane è stato messo in una stanza a dir poco penosa con due cucce attaccate insieme che il cane dimenandosi per il dolore ha separato finendo per terra, e il pus che gli usciva dalla ferita rimaneva li sporcandolo e bagnandolo non gli davano né da bere né da mangiare gli abbiamo lasciato siringa e cibo tutto preparato non gli è stato dato perché avevano paura che il cane mordese eppure avete scelto voi quasto mestiere se non avete amore non fatelo liscenziatevi e fatte altro l'asciugamano vomitato era messo su un tavolino e c'è rimasto fino al giorno dopo le infermiere erano molto scortesi e nonostante il cane fossi in fin di vita ci veniva detto che potevamo andare solo nel orario di visita inorriditi per lo stato in cui veniva trattato il nostro cane abbiamo chiamato un'ambulanza e l'abbiamo portato all'ospedale di Firenze il cane è subito stato accolto al meglio con macchinari decisamente meglio tenuto bene con coperte termiche è attaccato macchinario che monitora vano il tutto e per l'orario di visita potevamo andare quando volevamo ci hanno messo anima e corpo e si vedeva che i dottori avevano amore per gli animali a differenza del Giglio q quindi anche se il vostro animale in fin di vita chiamate subito un'ambulanza e portatelo all'ospedale di Firenze non lasciate lì nelle mani di queste persone che non hanno amore per gli animali e ve li faranno morire e ve li tratteranno male We took our dog to this clinic and he was dying due to an infection due to an amputation, the dog was placed in a painful room with two kennels stuck together that the dog wriggling in pain separated and ended up on the ground, and the pus that came out of the wound remained there, dirtying and wetting him they gave him neither to drink nor to eat we left him syringe and all prepared food was not given to him because they were afraid that the dog will bite and yet you have chosen you this job if you don't have love don't do it get off and do something else the vomited towel was put on a table and stayed there until the next day the nurses were very rude and even though the dog was dying we were told that we could go only during visiting hours horrified at the state in which our dog was treated we called an ambulance and we took him to the hospital in Florence the dog was immediately welcomed to the best me with machinery much better kept well with thermal blankets is attached machinery that monitors everything and for the visiting hours we could go when we wanted they put us body and soul and you could see that the doctors had love for animals unlike the Giglio q so even if your pet is dying, call an ambulance immediately and take it to the hospital in Florence, do not leave it in the hands of these people who have no love for animals and they will make them die and treat them badly

Il chirurgo e l’anestesista sono arrivate in breve tempo ed hanno salvato la vita al mio peloso. Ho trovato il personale molto preparato, cordiale e molto efficiente e di sicuro hanno acquisito un nuovo cliente. Ci ha "accolto" una signora poco gentile mora e magra con nemmeno un briciolo di sensibilità dicendo che non era un emergenza...voleva quasi farci tornare ( cara mia la morte non è un ' emergenza ma per noi in quel momento non era nemmeno qualcosa di ordinario ) . Non aggiungo altri scambi che ci sono stati sempre maleducata sia con me che con il mio compagno ma vi dico solo che non siamo venuti via per rispetto del mio cucciolone , per non far fare giratine in macchina al suo corpicino.
