★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the hotel a lot of times for business reasons so I've never had the pleasure to visit the rooms. It's mainly a business hotel, nothing too fancy to say the truth, but the meeting rooms rent service is simply perfect. Beautiful and comfortable lounge, awesome staff. The hotel owns a restaurant immediately next to it (you dont have to leave the hotel to eat in it), which serves a different variety of Italian food, everything I tried was pretty good, with prices within the Florence standards. They also have a parking service that we can use for free while attending the business events. I don't know if it works the same for overnight stays and standard room service. Overall it's a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dinner, great waiters. Rooms were clean and big enough. Windows were a little dirty and the showers didn't have much water pressure. Breakfast was great, the coffee phenomenal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not too helpful. Maybe 2 tour groups check in at the same time, stressfull. Room was clean and size good but toilet horrible. Tap mixer not working, you get either cold or hot water. Not in between. Also very strong smell of mold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are spacious, and bathroom was clean. Restaurant on ground floor had good food at reasonable prices. A/C was off when we entered room, but fortunately it worked well and cooled down quickly. Elevators were small and sound like they were falling apart, but we're relatively quick. Overall, good stay with good sleep in comfortable bed.

The AC of the room was not functioning
So when we informed them they told us the only option that they can offer is to change the room.
So we accepted the same since it's hard to stay without AC on these hot days
The room that they given secondly is worst
Bathroom not properly maintained
Beds were separated and unequal
Walls were damaged as below photos
Highly not recommended
And we were charged more by the restaurant there
They given a price discount around 10 euro for the change of room.

The floor was sticky and under the bed was still breadcrumbs.
We aspected more from a 4 star hotel.
