Il centro oltre che offrire molto ad un atleta in termini di struttura ed attrezzature ed anche come percorso sportivo, vanta un gruppo di istruttori molto validi e preparati. In particolar modo le istruttrici del pattinaggio! Tutte, nessuna esclusa! Sempre gentili e con il sorriso, preparate e disponibili e soprattutto presenti anche nei momenti di difficoltà, come è accaduto a me, trattando mia figlia con amore ed affetto profondo! Non nascondo di far parte di una grande e bella "famiglia"! My daughter has been attending this sports center for several years first as a gymnast and then as a skater. The center as well as offering a lot to an athlete in terms of structure and equipment and also as a sports course, boasts a group of very good and prepared instructors. Especially the skating instructors! All, none excluded! Always kind and with a smile, prepared and available and above all present even in times of difficulty, as happened to me, treating my daughter with love and deep affection! I do not hide the fact that I am part of a big and beautiful "family"!

J	Justin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel posto, piscina e sdraio a basso prezzo, le famiglie gestiscono bene i propri figli e non danno fastidio, però come servizio clienti non ci siamo proprio, dopo quasi 1 ora e 15 di fila, la cassiera ci chiede ( a me e due amici) se avessimo prenotato, noi sbigottiti del fatto che si dovesse prenotare per andare in piscina, le rispondiamo con un NO secco, allorché dice di chiamare il principale per vedere se vi fossero dei posti liberi.. il quale arriva dopo mezz'ora e risponde a tono arrogante ad un cliente che si stava solamente lamentando per la troppa attesa.. Principalmente sono tre le cose che mi hanno infastidito: - Com'è possibile che non abbiano un database per poter controllare subito le prenotazioni e vedere se ci sono posti liberi. -Il linguaggio mezzo sgarbato dei commessi nei confronti dei clienti. -L'attesa di 10 min, se ti va bene, a persona per la registrazione( nonostante abbiano fatto la prenotazione). Mainly there are three things that bothered me: - How can they not have a database to be able to check reservations immediately and see if there are free places. -The half-rude language of the salesmen towards the customers. -Waiting 10 minutes, if you like, per person for registration (despite having made a reservation).
m	massimo bassetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I campi da padel sono nuovi!! 5 campi ben disposti. Maestri molto cortesi e preparati. Cosa fondamentale, si gioca in armonia! Lo consiglio vivamente! The padel courts are new !! 5 well laid out fields. Very courteous and prepared teachers. Crucially, it is played in harmony! I highly recommend it!
S	Sara Mirigliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlo solo ed esclusivamente per l'ingresso in piscina. La struttura è dotata di una piccola piscina per i bimbi piccoli e una "più grande" per tutti gli altri. Quest'ultima è piccola per poter soddisfare le esigenze minime di tutti e oltretutto è dotata di scivolo per i bambini limitando ancora di più l'utilizzo agli adulti. Ho prenotato due lettini e ombrellone per il turno del pomeriggio, ho trovato una sdraio e un lettino. Fatto presente alla bagnina sono stata liquidata con "non ne ho più, gli altri sono tutti prenotati", ho quindi espresso la mia opinione dicendo che anche io ho prenotato, nessuna risposta... Ragazzini che gridano e fanno tuffi continuamente senza essere mai retarguidi dai genitori e dalla stessa bagnina. Non ci tornerei più. I speak only and exclusively for entry into the pool. The structure has a small swimming pool for small children and a "bigger" one for everyone else. The latter is small in order to satisfy everyone's minimum needs and moreover it is equipped with a slide for children, limiting even more the use for adults. I booked two sunbeds and umbrella for the afternoon shift, I found a deck chair and a cot. With this in mind, I was liquidated with "I don't have any more, the others are all booked", so I expressed my opinion saying that I too have booked, no answer ... Kids who scream and dive continuously without ever being told by their parents and the lifeguard herself. I would never go back.

La struttura ha bisogno di manutenzione, sembra quasi di trovarsi in un ambiente come la vecchia Tirana degli anni ‘90. Partiamo dal fatto che dopo aver prenotato il nostro ingresso su internet x4 persone compreso ombrellone e 4 lettini, al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che, per un disguido, i lettini non erano disponibili e ci hanno rifilato delle sdraio! .. e ok! I lettini ci sono stati dati dopo 2 ore dal nostro arrivo poiché sono stati sottratti ad altre persone che se ne erano (fortunatamente per noi) andate! Questi ultimi non erano dotati neppure della “cordicella” per abbassare o alzare lo schienale, dovevi farlo a mano. Inoltre sono usurati e vecchi! Ma passiamo alla piscina. Ve ne sono due: una più “grande” e l’altra della stessa circonferenza di una bagnarola per lavarsi i piedi! Ma la prima è del tutto inappropriata poiché risulta decisamente piccola per quante persone potrebbero effettivamente entrarci, solo che sembra essere proprietà esclusiva dei ragazzini! Non vi è alcun punto ristoro, ne BAR. Ci sono i distributori di snack! Quindi se vuoi rimanere tutta la giornata devi uscire per poterti comprare qualcosa da mangiare ma la cosa, sul loro sito, non è menzionata ed è vietato introdurre cibo e bevande all’interno della piscina. Non è meraviglioso? Area fumatori sotto al sole. Scarsa pulizia dell’ambiente circostante. Non vi sono docce adeguate se non una all’entrata dove sguazzi con i piedi nell’acqua di quelli che sono lavati prima di te. Si può fare di meglio, molto meglio! Prezzo inadeguato per i servizi che offre. Almeno i gestori ed i bagnini sono stati cordiali. I speak exclusively of the "pool" part. The structure needs maintenance, it almost seems to be in an environment like the old Tirana of the 90s. Let's start from the fact that after booking our internet access for 4 people including umbrella and 4 sunbeds, upon our arrival we were told that, due to a mistake, the sunbeds were not available and they gave us deckchairs! .. it is OK! The sunbeds were given to us after 2 hours of our arrival as they were stolen from other people who had left (luckily for us) gone! The latter were not even equipped with the "cord" to lower or raise the backrest, you had to do it by hand. Plus they are worn and old! But let's move on to the pool. There are two: one "larger" and the other of the same circumference as a tub to wash your feet! But the former is totally inappropriate as it turns out to be very small for how many people could actually enter it, only it appears to be the sole property of the kids! There is no restaurant, no BAR. There are snack dispensers! So if you want to stay all day you have to go out to be able to buy yourself something to eat but this, on their website, is not mentioned and it is forbidden to introduce food and drinks inside the pool. Isn't that wonderful? Smoking area under the sun. Poor cleaning of the surrounding environment. There are no adequate showers other than one at the entrance where you wallow with your feet in the water of those that have been washed before you. You can do better, much better! Inadequate price for the services it offers. At least the managers and lifeguards were friendly.
I	Il Ribelle Due on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seppur la struttura vista dal di fuori faccia ben sperare la piscina e sopratutto la gestione non sono adeguate ed è un peccato. L'ambiente è poco curato e la pulizia scarsa, basterebbe un minimo di acortezza e organizzazione in più per rendere il tutto vivibile per chi ha piacere di frequentare questo posto. Alcuni errori grossolani e i servizi quasi inesistenti rendono cmq la scelta di usufruire di questa piscina estremamente difficile. Personalmente non tornerò perchè non mi sono trovato bene e dato che pago mi aspetto che tutto vada liscio o se ce un errore la prontezza di risolverlo e sopratutto un prezzo che sia consono al tipo di servizio offerto. Mi auguro che questa recensione sia percepita dal centro stesso come una spinta a migliorarsi!
