Years ago I brought my son here who wanted to practice Kung Fu; observing him, I was struck by the unquestionable quality of the teaching given in this school. Since then I have been attending it assiduously, practicing various martial activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver passato qualche anno negli sport da combattimento, ho finalmente trovato la mia via nello stile Hung Gar del Kung Fu tradizionale, praticato nella scuola I Shen Chia, il cui nome sta per "Scuola di accrescimento dello spirito".
Fin dall'inizio ho trovato serietà unita ad un percorso coerente di crescita continua, sia fisica che spirituale, e posso dire che dopo più di 10 anni di I Shen Chia non mi sono mai pentito un solo minuto della scelta che ho fatto.
After spending a few years in combat sports, I finally found my way in the Hung Gar style of traditional Kung Fu, practiced in the I Shen Chia school, whose name stands for "School of growth of the spirit".
From the beginning I found seriousness combined with a consistent path of continuous growth, both physical and spiritual, and I can say that after more than 10 years of I Shen Chia I have never regretted a single minute of the choice I made.
