Consigliato vivamente per chi è alla ricerca del giusto luogo dove praticare il Pilates Reformer. I would like to give this Pilates center 5 stars both for the professionalism of the teachers and for the atmosphere inside. You are followed with method and scrupulousness, creating a relationship of trust and friendship with the members of the Team. Highly recommended for those looking for the right place to practice the Pilates Reformer.

Grazie a loro ho scoperto il “vero” Pilates, nelle versioni matwork e reformer, ben distante da quello praticato nelle lezioni di massa nelle palestre! Forza ragazze, continuate cosi!! A studio-boutique in Monteverde, cared for down to the last detail by the splendid Viola and Sara (with the precious support of Fabiana). Thanks to them I discovered the "real" Pilates, in the matwork and reformer versions, far from the one practiced in mass lessons in gyms! Come on girls, keep it up !!
