Sabato 9 febbraio,mio nonno(74anni) si reca presso tale punto vendita per l'acquisto di un cellulare di quelli con lo sportellino e tasti grandi e gli viene proposto un modello (simile a quello già in possesso, dicendo che era uguale) un po scadente a mio parere. Rientra a casa,utilizza il cellulare e domenica come per magia questo cellulare non legge più la SIM card. Lunedì, cioè oggi,si reca per comunicare la notizia e gli viene detto che loro sapevano che il cellulare aveva problemi ed avevano attaccato la SIM con lo scotch.... Complimentiiii....truffare le persone solo perché hanno i capelli bianchi!!! Pensate che un giorno potreste trovarvi voi a ricevere un gesto del genere e lì vi saprà di amaro questo gesto. Considero questo negozio di telefonia uno dei migliori in centro a Modica! Raccomandatissimo se avrete problemi di connessione,i ragazzi sanno il fatto loro! Well-managed telephony activity! Fine luglio ho consegnato un cellulare da mandare in assistenza e oggi dopo almeno dieci occasioni in cui ho chiesto e mi è stato detto essere in consegna mi hanno detto che ancora non è stato aggiustato e l'assistenza dovrà essere pagata.
