Nonostante non sia di Ragusa è diventato il mio negozio di riferimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato in questo punto TIM un telefono cellulare con finanziamento e sono stato seguito da una ragazza, se non ricordo male di nome Valentina, estremamente precisa e scrupolosa, che mi ha spiegato tutto in maniera chiara e semplice e che, gentilmente, mi ha anche aiutato a reperire tutti i documenti necessari. Devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo. Complimenti per la professionalità, la gentilezza e per l'efficienza.

Volevo acquistare un telefono a rate e ho chiesto informazioni sui costi , non sono stata informata che avrei sottoscritto un finanziamento , oltre a questo l'operatrice di nome Valentina voleva farmi pagare un anticipo in cui sosteneva avrei ricevuto degli accessori in omaggio ( cosa non vera ) questo scoperto solo tramite altro punto vendita . Non ci tornerò mai più .

Una truffa vera e propria scoperto dopo un po’ di tempo che non avrei dovuto pagare nessuna attivazione , così come mi è stato detto nel punto vendita da una delle addette di nome Valentina . Ho ricevuto degli accessori del telefono assieme alla scheda da me non richiesti , non attivero’ più nulla in questo negozio
