★ ★ ★ ★ ★ X niente professionali avevo chiesto un preventivo due volte e mi è stato fatto un prezzo due giorni dopo mi reco al negozio e mi dicono che non è possibile che loro mi abbiano fatto quel prezzo chiedo se posso avere un ricambio e mi rispondono che non sono al mercato quindi non posso acquistare il ricambio da precisare che da loro ho acquistato un cellulare è un orologio mille volte il centro di Catania anche se si aggiunge la spesa della benzina ma da loro mai più.QUINDI VISTO CHE I PREZZI SONO UGUALI X TUTTI I CENTRI NON MI DOVEVATE FARE UN PREVENTIVO DI 40 EURO X LA SOSTITUZIONE DELLA BATTERIA COMPRESO MANODOPERA E DOPO DUE GIORNI VENGO X CAMBIARE LA BATTERIA E MI CHIEDI 55 EURO E MI DICI CHE NON È POSSIBILE CHE DUE GIORNI PRIMA MI AVETE DETTO 40 QUASI COME SE ME LO STAVO INVENTATO E X QUANDO RIGUARDA LA MIA DOMANDA SE MI SI POTEVA VENDERE SOLO LA BATTERIA ERA SOLO UN IN FORMAZIONE DOVE POTEVI RISPONDERE COME AI RISPOSTO QUI SOTTO IN VECE DI DIRE A UN CLIENTE NON SIAMO AL MERCATO X TANTO NON SIETE COMPETENTI E INUTILE CHE LA GIRI

SO SEEN THE PRICES ARE THE SAME FOR ALL CENTERS YOU DID NOT HAVE TO MAKE ME A QUOTE OF 40 EUROS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE BATTERY INCLUDING MANPOWER AND AFTER TWO DAYS I COME TO CHANGE THE BATTERY AND YOU ASK FOR 55 EUROS AND YOU TELL ME THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE THAT TWO DAYS BEFORE YOU TOLD ME 40 ALMOST AS IF YOU I WAS INVENTED EX WHEN IT CONCERNS MY QUESTION IF YOU COULD SELL ME ONLY THE BATTERY IT WAS ONLY ONE IN TRAINING WHERE YOU COULD ANSWER AS TO THE ANSWER BELOW IN VE TO TELL A CUSTOMER WE ARE NOT IN THE MARKET X YOU ARE SO NOT COMPETENT AND USELESS THAT YOU SHOOT IT

Non posso lamentarmi di niente mi sono trovato benissimo e non ho trovato nessun aspetto negativo da segnalare ma tutto ben organizzato.
Ho trovato subito quello che cercavo e non ci sono stati problemi di nessun tipo. Personale gentile e molto preparato alla fine ho pagato con piacere il totale per quello che ho preso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecnico abbastanza scortese, si è permesso di dirmi che ero una criticona, non appena mi sono rifiutata di lasciare il telefono in assistenza in quando non avevano il telefono di cortesia. Mi avevano già parlato male di quel centro m adesso ne ho avuto la conferma. Fate un corso di accoglienza clienti che ne avete bisogno.

Non capisco come apple vi dia l'autorizzazione di sistemare i loro prodotti. Sulle commesse nulla da dire. Succede oggi, 29/01/22 alle ore 18:10. Alle 18:12 ho acquistato un nuovo Mac book pro da unieuro.

Il tecnico incaricato Carmelo che mia ha assistito, dopo aver riscontrato il mal funzionamento delle mie AirPods , ha provveduto prontamente alla sostituzione delle stesse . Purtroppo non posso dire la stessa cosa dell’ Apple Store ufficiale di CT dove mi ero rivolto precedentemente, Nonostante anche loro avessero riscontrato un palese difetto di qualità , non hanno saputo o voluto risolvere il problema rimandandomi inutilmente presso il rivenditore dove avevo effettuato L ‘acquisto. Dopo questa esperienza non posso che stra consigliare questo store e ringraziare in particolar modo Carmelo
